Stopped by to look at new cars. Was very put off by salesperson Kalen’s attitude. He was rude, and unable to answer my questions. Twice, when I asked my partner a question, Kalen jumped in and answered. He made assumptions without asking any questions, based on “knowing my lifestyle” (his words). Wouldn’t bother going back to this location. I’ll buy elsewhere.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this business. Through careful investigation, on the last interaction, I uncovered over the top dishonesty, deception and deceitful practices. I highly encourage everyone to use extreme caution if considering this organization. Question every number they put in front of you and ask to see how they came up with those numbers. I went to the OTHER DEALERSHIP IN TOWN, the very next day, and bought a better truck, for a much better price and actually had a very enjoyable buying experience at a place who wanted my business and earned me as a lifelong customer.

I’ve boughten many cars from here previously and decided to go back for a car I had my eye on in their lot! I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Shay was so wonderful to work with! Was completely honest and very helpful before I even came into the dealership.

Nason and Mak were great with the way that made me feel comfortable and NOT rushed. I was treated with dignity and respect and got a GREAT deal on a car i love and will have for a long time thanks to great warrantys and service contracts! Thanks for everything!

My experience was so horrible, and it would take forever to explain all the details of how incompetent St. Helens Ford is. Which they are not even Ford any longer. Do not buy any warranties from them. Not only does an ACTUAL Ford dealership not accept what they sold my son for over 2 thousand dollars. When he called St. Helen's Ford for help. He was treated rudely again, and he talked to him like he was stupid. I followed up to get information of the warranty and no responses. We should have walked away in the beginning. Now, months later I am still dealing with their incompetency. I received 2 passenger registration cards with different odometer readings and dates! I didn't post a review months ago when I was dealing with them, but this is now ridiculous. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT support this dealership.

I made and appointment for an oil change and fuel filter change on my F350. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for an estimate of the price and the person on the phone told me she didn’t know the price and I would have to wait until the day of the appointment. I get the work done and get the bill. $636 for an oil change and fuel filters. I almost choked. Never going back

Lack of keeping you informed, wrong diagnosis', not very good on communication. They didnt really know what was going on, I believe they were just telling me stuff due to them not doing the job and actually diagnosing my vehicle properly. It went in for 2 issues that didn't get addressed at all, but, the end result was I need a new motor. I have NEVER had an issue with my motor. There was a safety recall on my vehicle which didn't get completed either. 4 "supposed diagnoses" later and not a thing fixed!
So FRUSTRATED!
