Brian was the guy to go to. There was no one else. However, we needed his services again and for no reason, we have not been able to reach him through his usual contact info that we have for him. Brian, we hope your doing well and look forward to your services again, when you come back. We're still in need of your help when you can ...Services: Oven repair

If I could give Brian 6 stars I would! He was on time and he fixed my dishwasher in minutes! He has saved me so much money! I’m one very happy customer! Thanks so much! I’ll be sure to call you again! :)

We used this company a couple of times some years ago and all was good but that was then. We needed an appliance repair and found it impossible to get any response to multiple phone and text calls and emails, as others said the voicemail box is permanently full; almost appears as if they are not in business.

We called Brian's to repair a dishwasher, he came by and looked it over, and said he needed to order some parts he didn't have, and would we authorize the repair at $200+. He billed us for the parts and the original service call, which we paid, but then he never showed up to complete the repair. We ended up having to contact another appliance repair, who also needed to order the same parts, they did, and as soon as it came in, they contacted us, and came back and completed the repair, then billed us. We ended up paying twice for the repair. We have never heard back from Brian's to this day. Would not recommend him, and would never use him again.

I thought Brian was a good guy when he came to fix my refrigerator. Now 400$ later, it still does not work. He has blocked my calls, his mailbox is full, and he is ghosting me. Not fair. I hired him in good faith, am an old lady, and trying to survive in Covid time. Who do you call? I got screwed. No stars.... or maybe one for fooling me that you were going to finish the job.

Warranty work in a refrigerator. They responded promptly in June but never heard another word. Have tried calling but answering machine advises it's full and not taking messages. Sent an email as requested in their message but never heard back.

Wish I had researched Brain's before trying to do business with him. If a zero star was an option that's what I would have chosen. I'm confused how he's stayed in business for 15 years! We have made three appointments with Brain's Appliance Repair the first time he was sick, and the last two times he was a no call no show. I called Home Depot protection plan, and I filed a complaint against this company, I also informed the protection plan that Whirlpool needs to research these companies before contracting them out. If only they would read these reviews they would know he never shows up or calls so we're waiting around for 10 hours for him to show up with no courtesy call saying he wouldn't be here. Bad business all the way around. Will be warning others not to waste their time.

Terrible. Needed warranty repair so went to the manufacturer's website and scheduled an appointment online. "Laya" texted me (never told me her name in the text, found that out later) that they aren't available then and - without waiting to see if her proposed time would work - went ahead and rescheduled me and I received a confirmation for an appointment I'd never approved! Called this out immediately as I work from home and had specifically said I needed a morning appointment as I work from home and am not available in afternoons and she just kept putting me in for different dates/times in the system that weren't in the morning, again without my approval, then had the nerve to say that they "don't hear from Maytag, they just get a notification for a service call" - which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard as the ONLY way they got my info is because I scheduled through Maytag's website!!! After about 10 texts she finally says they will find out if a tech can come right at 11am and....never confirms, just repeats over and over that I - the customer! - would need to call Whirlpool (who owns Maytag) if I have a problem with the scheduling system. Um, no, if they are telling customers incorrect availability for YOUR company, you don't tell the CUSTOMER to fix it!!! How incredibly tacky!! I left my home office for a few minutes to find out there was a missed call - but no voicemail (wtf?) from them. Then she - Laya - emails me finally telling me her name and getting more defensive but says that "email is better than text" and then CONFIRMS THE TECH WILL BE AT MY HOUSE AT 11AM the next day - the original time I'd requested online. Again, wtf! Whatever, we need our fridge repaired, so I confirmed via email that this time would work, and no acknowledgment from her at all. In my email I'd also - as I had in my original service request - asked that they please have a tech call/text when they were on their way since we don't have a doorbell and also offered to send the confirmation of purchase along with pictures of the problem so they'd have that in advance. No word. Then best of all, I waited in my front room for an HOUR while these folks did not even show up that day. No call, no response to my email asking where they were, and a day later, my husband leaves them a message as well this morning during business hours and they still haven't bothered to return our calls or emails. As we see from other reviews, we were not the first customers of theirs who they have screwed over. We have now filed a complaint with Whirlpool/Maytag against this company while - in the meantime - we still are trying to figure out how to get our refrigerator (that is still under warranty) repaired by a company that is actually professional enough to show up when they say they will and not pass the buck to the customer to resolve their scheduling issues. UPDATE: Laya called my husband back (still never responded to me) and acted like she didn't know our situation. I was in my office at the time at home and he put the call on speaker and as soon as I got on the phone and confronted her that she very well did know who we were and had texted & emailed me, she then admitted knowing our situation, then refused to explain why she told us in writing they'd be there for the appt and no-showed. She then said we needed to call Whirlpool to schedule - ironic since she said specifically that we needed to schedule directly through her to avoid the scheduling problems from before. Still ignored me multiple times when I asked why she lied about them coming, then finally admits that she cancelled the appointment, STILL not telling us why she didn't notify us. We have reported them to the BBB, as this is really horrific treatment and to lie to a customer in writing should get her fired. These folks should NOT be running a business.

Brian is professional, knowledgeable, skillful, does great work and is a genuinely nice guy. Brand new Bosch 800 dishwasher (from Home Depot and installed by their contract installers just three days ago) did not work (detergent didn't dissolve, dishes not cleaned, etc.). Contacted Bosch (after Home Depot would not do anything) which got us in touch with Brian (the authorized Bosch service person in our area). Long story short, Brian quickly identified the problem (an installation issue). In addition, he also corrected some initial installation deficiencies and properly "re-installed" the dishwasher. He was super careful and precise. We have worked with various repair people over the years and by far, Brian is the best in all respects. Great attitude and great work -- a perfect combination. I see some negative Yelp reviews but they shouldn't cast your expectations in a negative light. Our experience was, without exception, an incredibly good one. Thank you Brian!

This company is incredible, and I don't mean in a good way. First, they charge us $68.50 just to show up and tell us our refrigerator needed a new main LED light. Second, they quote us $228.89 for the new light, which is about the size of a postcard. I found the item on Amazon for $74.00 with free shipping. We installed the new light ourselves. Third, they charge us a 5% late fee after only 15 days. Fourth, they were going to charge an additional $5.00 when I telephoned them to pay the bill with a credit card. I mailed them a check. We will never do business with this company again, and suggest you don't either either.
