Excellent products and services. The employees are very happy, helpful, and energetic. Hayden was very knowledgeable and took pride in when he was doing. The trustworthy, hard working team got me in and out of there in record time. This is my second visit. I will be making this my regular stop for oil and all routine maintenances.

Wow! Outstanding service. I spoke with Forest on the phone about replacing headlights and he encouraged me to come in. I got there and they got everything taken care of fast and easy. Thank you!

Customer service was HORRIBLE! I basically was reprimanded as soon as I gave them my keys about the condition of my oil, and was very rude at checkout as well. They definitely lost a longtime customer today. Out of all the staff, only the one that drove my car around and gave me the keys was polite. Never returning to this place again!!

Not at all happy, they put thinner oil in my older car that already butn oil, now every time I drive for even 10 min it majorly smells like burnt oil and if I drive for over 15min smoke plumes out from under the hood. I already took it back in to them one and all they did was put an additive in it and say it will be fine, so I get to just deal with it until I can afford to get another oil change from someone who actually knows something about vehicles.

Pulled up 12 minutes before closing and was denied an oil change. Guess they decided to close early. Giving an excuse that they actually close at 5:15pm? Told them to change the time in google then. They closed the door when I pulled up.

This is my place. Since I've moved here over 5 years ago, I have received 100% great service. I am a female, so going to a shop is always stressful. (I know how to change my oil and do basic things on my cars)Today we went in for an oil change...my car has been yelling at me about it for a week. The tech came in and informed me that I got the extended oil change last time and I still 1,000 miles on it. He asked if I still wanted to do the oil change or he could just check my levels and make sure everything was good. I said thank you for reminding me, please check my levels. He came back and let me know everything was good and he reset the oil life indicator and sent me on my way...no charge! This place has always been awesome and fair! I won't go anywhere else while I live here.

Fast Lube and Oil did a great job for us on our Ford F250 diesel truck. They were efficient and very courteous. The bathroom was immaculate and there is a very nice waiting room. Forest even gave me a cutting of a plant. Such nice people!Service: Oil change

These guys went out of their way to help me on our way back from the beach. Driving a borrowed truck with my two children and dogs in the car, I stopped by after being told by Les Schwabs that they couldn't check my battery. Wanting to make sure I made it home safely the crew checked everything thoroughly and helped diagnose a problem. A big thank you to them to take the time to help us.
