Called an 800 number to ask a question of a live person. They have a voice mail service that argues with you and is rude and will not allow you to speak to anyone. Obviously Fed Ex is prioritizing profits over customer service so I’m out.

They drive too fast and tailgate in wet and foggy weather. They never seem to have any concerns for safety and the well being of others. 5:57 pm 11/23, 2021. East bound on Highway 26 from Seaside, OR. I would fire them in a heartbeat. Two trucks.
