I was told my prescription would be ready by noon. I showed up at 12:45 and they did not have it ready despite waiting in line for 30 minutes and driving a half hour. I wasted my entire lunch break driving to Warrenton and standing in line to be told to come back after 2pm.

The woman giving vaccines feb 7th (Friday) in the PM gave me a flawless vaccine. Kept wondering when she was going to give it to me- then she was done. Got a rabies vax for work

Won't take Federal Prescription insurance Cigna. Got out of er last night with prescription for EpiPen and an antibiotic. Now I have to wait for my life saving EpiPen.

I've had issues with 1 tech Cynthia. She always askes me questions like " why do you need this medication now" and just likes to try and refuse to fill my script a day before due. I travel for work. This particular staff member has tried to come up with everything in the book to not fill my script, I have almost debilitating anxiety so I do take clonazapam for it, if I know I have a contract out of town they are legally aloud to fill that medication 2 days before the script is due. Cynthia constantly tries to find ways to try and get that particular medication red flagged by my doctor. This happens every single month if I have to talk to her, other techs no problem. Her there is always an issue. I take my medication as prescribed she likes to try and make me feel like taking that medication is against the law. I'm planning on switching pharmacy's due to her and her only.

They always take days to fill my prescription and most are rude. I went in yesterday because of tooth pain and my dentist called in Rx and also gave me a script for norco. I go to drop off line and waited until worker was ready for me. She asks if I need it now and I say I can pick up tomorrow cause I know they are busy, I’ll just pick up my other 3. As I was waiting for her to confirm she has everything needed from me for Rx she rudely tells me she isn’t pick up line. I told her I know that and I was just waiting for her to confirm she was done with me. I go to pick up line and they tell me I only have 2 refills to pick up. I explain my dentist called in a script for my infected tooth. Pharmacist then says it was an antiviral and she didn’t fill it. Why? She didnt even know what it was for or she could have called dentist to confirm. That was that. It was too late to call dentist office so I took my paper script back and meds that were ready and headed to Walgreens. Tech asked me if I wanted to wait for prescription to be filled and I said I’ll pick up tomorrow. I get a text 30 minutes later saying my prescription was ready!! After years of using Fred meyers im done having to wait days for them to fill my prescription and will now use Walgreens.

This Pharmacy has the worst, inferior, customer service I have ever encountered. Not to mentioned, lying straight to.your face. The pharmacy tech lied about requesting the prescription transfer. The other pharmacy said they never made the request. Imagined that.

The Pharmacist saved my Dad's life. I did not realize that he was having a heart attack. They recommended that I take him to the hospital. These are legitimate doctors. Fred Meyers pharmacy is great! I can use their drive through which is nice. People need to be aware that this is a popular pharmacy. Just call ahead to see if your meds are ready. If not, you can do some shopping in the store.

Absolutely the Worst experience with them!I got prescribed my meds at 10am I called in at 4pm asking if they were done and the lady asked me if I truly need them tonight?!? I told her yes and she got mad and said fine they will be ready in a hour, and hung up on me.Get to the store go shopping for an hour and half then try and go get them and wad told I can't pick them up tonight

I'm surprised by the negative reviews, because I've had excellent service from this pharmacy.The staff, (except for one pharmacist I encountered,) have been pleasant and professional. I've never had an order mis-filled.I am signed up for text messages to let me know when prescriptions are ready, and that's been a lifesaver, as I live 45 minutes out, and don't wish to waste a trip to town.

Went to Fred Myer pharmacy for new Covid Vaccination. Staff was courteous and pharmacist very informative and gave excellent injection.

FM pharmacy is horrible. Only Walmart is worse. I'll get to the details why later. Need to move to a PC with a better browser.

As far as shopping at Fred Myer the store isn't anything to write home about .There produce is just ok ,and almost everything in the store is overpriced .Left in a community with only really other 2 stores to shop from they do ok . As far as the Fred Myer Is ran ..As far as management and supervisors are concerned .Seems as if 90% of the management there left there moral compass in the car .And there all Lost.I'll speak on my short experience as a employee there and why I'll probably most likely never step foot in that store again. First we can touch on how I initially got hired .They interviewed me well.I was hired as a overnight stocking position full time .I let them know I'm not ok with anything less than 32 hours a week .She responded "no problem if they do cut hours just ask supervisor to step in for a sick employee or fill in in another department .3 weeks in they cut me down to 16 hours.The first week went horribly .I called in every night searching. For a slot to fill in . Was finally told by staff to quit calling. They would contact me . I finally approached my manager regarding issue .He was straight rude about it said just how the grocery business is .So that evening I contacted hr .the very next day on my day off they called me into the office where leg me go and gave me my last check .People are expensive and just aren't good people . Don't believe the hype on commercials place is full and ran by scum bags .
