Warning!!! No refund if you buy online and try and return. I purchased a ladder and picked it up at the store. It didn’t work. I needed to return it and they only give a store credit. This is BS! Now they have forced me to shop at their store instead of providing a refund. Never shopping at this establishment again.

Bottle return is limited to just 24 items? I don't think that follows state law. Also, the bottle return hours are shorter than the store hours, which makes no sense. Other than that, it's a huge store, poorly organized (especially the food section) and there's no rhyme or reason as to where anything might be.

I went through the checkout on #3 tonight. Placed all my items on the belt and they were scanned! The two people helping me were courteous , however, the checker next in number four saw a lanyard that I purchased that is clearly on my receipt, and asked me if I had paid for it! I told her yes, I had it on the belt and it’s on my receipt! She said no it’s in your shopping cart! The other person bagging my stuff must not got it in my cart bag! The checker named Rhea treated me as a shoplifter! Good grief! Not how you should treat a person! She is a liability for you Fred Meyers and could get you into civil litigation ! Train her better!

The gas station has one of those pumps that needs a sweet spot in your tank to just flow on it's own, or it'll keep stopping after only 1 second. Supremely annoying.

Hal in Electronics went above and beyond on our family’s visit to Astoria yesterday. He was kind, attentive and helpful in finding what we needed. Beautifully maintained store as well! I wish we could take this Fred Meyer and put it in our hometown.
