This is the best customer service and staff hands down I've ever recieved in a GW or most places for that matter. I am often ignored, followed or worse...especially at Goodwill locations nearest me and I frequent them weekly. I was in town for a appointment and stopped by...I was treated so nicely, respectfully. It really left an impression. Thank you GW crew 8/27/24! Made a difficult day so much better.

Definitely one of the cleanest goodwills I've shopped at over the years. I have found a few treasures that were definitely worth it. Though while perusing I definitely find items that I recognize and they are priced higher or too expensive. Lots of Dollar tree items marked up. If you find a good pair of pants it can be worth it. But also like I said, I've found a lot of forever 21 and shein items that are selling for about the same price or more than they do at their store. Staff seems to be pretty friendly and I would still recommend going.

So ridiculously expensive. Almost every piece I picked up was $10 or higher. It's supposed to be a thrift. They get it for free. No other Goodwill I have frequented has been this expensive. Just wrong.

The lady running the store closed the fitting room at 5 saying they don't have anyone to run it. Never mind the fact that her and another worker where just standing in front of them talking for the last 15 minutes. She then told my 14 year old that she could try to slip the dresses on over her clothes.... Bunch of lazy people who don't want to really work.

Dressing rooms closed even with 5 employees and 4 customers total in the store. Whats the point of a store that sells clothing if I can’t try it on first? They expect you to buy it, try it on at home, then return it if it doesn’t fit. Ridiculous. Theres nothing stopping them from opening a dressing room when needed, every other store does so. Stupid.

Always clean and a good selection

This location is clean and neat. Most of the staff were friendly.
The selection on the other hand is sub par and the pricing is obsurd. When they are asking $8 more for a used item than the actual store is selling it for new, that’s crazy. I hadn’t been in a Goodwill in years and I had heard that they had began charging a lot more for things but I didn’t realize just how much greed a supposed non profit organization had. No wonder so much of what is donated ends up in a landfill somewhere.
