Terrible prices. Severe lack of men’s apparel and options overall. I’m a fan of some Goodwill locations but this is not one of them.

Great customer service tonight in Warrenton, even though I arrived 30min before closing. Other Goodwill stores I've been to in the SW Washington area, staff get frustrated, and customers get anxious when staff begin asking them to leave, and literally start to corral you towards checkout 15min before the store even closes. I have personally experienced this, and have never tried to continue shopping past closing time at any store. I act respectfully regardless if staff have been unwelcoming towards me when the 30min mark hits. Prices were unusually high at this location on some items, but I have a choice to leave them for someone who's rich to buy them instead of poor me....... with only 30min to shop.

Website not helpful. Nice to know what's available before driving to the store. Also not easy to leave a review.

Very clean and organized store. The staff is friendly. Prices are fair. They have weekly specials. We found puzzles, DVD movies and cooking pots here this trip. On my previous visits, I found the store was also very clean and organized. This is a great place to shop.

Interesting place I usually can find yarn & craft supplies. They didn't have a craft section which is odd.

I don't know how this Goodwill gets 3.8 * . Twice now I have bought speakers/soundbar. None of it works ! Goodwill thinks it can get away with selling you junk & then exchanging it for more junk. A refund is not offered. In my younger days I did rehab projects for Goodwill & I learned then that Goodwill is not about the clients; but rather the highly salaried executives. It is Federal Law that anyone can return anything within 72 hours.Unfortunately, I don't think the folks that shop Goodwill are aware of this. !Nor is it the fault of the "employees" though they are too pushy for their own good ; walking into for them uncharted territory.I met one decent employee at this Goodwill & to him I take my hat off !It is my suggestion that you not but any electronics. They are obviously not tested ! I could easily elaborate but feel free to ask me any questions you might haveJens S Arendttorp

I thought the donation process was easy - as soon as I pulled into the covered, drive thru drop off area someone came out to meet me and has very cheerful and kind. They accepted everything. I shopped the store; it is mostly clothing. Some goods in the back. Prices for things that are actually new/unused were high. I thought prices for actual used stuff was 'in the ballpark' but higher than I'd hoped. Checkout was quick and easy. I bought myself a used 3-iron for golf. I was interested in the accusations of excessive CEO pay, so did some research. Goodwill is run independently, this one is GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF THE COLUMBIA WILLAMETTE. If Goodwill wanted to dispense these accusations of high pay they should just publish compensation in their annual report; yet they dont. One needs to go googling; internet searches showed Michal Miller made better than $600k, and Catherine Hannam well over $400k. So I'm inclined to agree with these excessive pay accusations. Not what I would view as in-line with their mission.

They sell used stuff for retail price, but act like total snobs when you go to donate free stuff to them. One single pet hair? Oh no can’t accept. Wow you’re giving us an entire office desk for free? Sorry buddy, you’re on your own to get it off the trailer. Little speck of rust on this outdoor planter shelf? Oh no, can’t accept. Better off just throwing your stuff away or supporting a smaller business than doing anything nice for this greedy, sifty corporation

this store is very clean, and has a large inventory of women's clothes, That being said, the prices are very overpriced, they only put junk out and anything that is worth anything is priced at much more than buying it new, i have found a small amount of things here for a deal. But most of the times me and my fiance leave here laughing at how horrible the pricing is. If you look at how big the donation side of the store is, its pretty sad that they are pricing lids for a pan separate from the pan, or individually pricing forks and spoons. I might also add that is seems like this is a woman ran store, men's clothes are almost non existent, and what is there is out of fashion or very minimal. But if your looking for men's slacks they have about 4 racks of them. This is by far one of the cleanest stores around, but it seems to be because the lack of putting things out, your a donation driven store, not a department store.

Typically I really love shopping at Goodwill but this one seems oddly overpriced. I really want to keep shopping here but it seems very strange to me how expensive most things are considering the store gets them donated. Used, old wall decorations for $7+....just about all clothes items for $7-10. On the plus, the staff seems friendly and helpful and it's a really nicely kept store.

This Goodwill is very large and clean, however the stock on all non-clothing items is usually very bare.

Clothes are way overpriced for used donated items. I was excited at the amount of shoes and clothes they had, but after seeing the prices I understand why they have so much.
