“A shout out to Warrenton Fred Meyer Jeweler and a heads up about Longview Fred Meyer Jeweler. Warrenton is where my ring was purchased and after a couple sizing send offs and fixing of the black rhodium, I was happy with the ring. After moving to Longview, I had to take it in to the Fred Meyer Jeweler in Longview to have a prong fixed. It took longer than the two weeks time frame. When it was ready, I went to get it and the prong was still catching. Sales rep tried to say it was. Trying to give benefit of the doubt and went home only to have it catch again. Went back the next day and insisted they fix it. So they have me wait for the manager of the jewelry department to get back from lunch. She asks what we expect to have happen. Bluntly put, I want the prong fixed so the stone isn’t lost. The warranty that cost extra covers these repairs. Manager takes it to back room to the jeweler and then brings it back out…prong still catching. When that was pointed out, she said the jeweler can’t feel it due to burnt fingers from the job. We pointed out that it’s literally cracking by rubbing against my sleeve. Manager grabs ring and goes back to the back room. You hear muffled talking, noise, what sounds like steam and the jeweler takes off out of the back room. Then the manager brings me my ring and they literally ground off the raised portions of all four prongs, caused damage to the stone, and basically ruined my ring. At that point, it was pointless to continue to try to have a peaceful transaction. At this point the ring has been gone more then I had it. I wish I would've gotten a photo of the side by side.
Well today we went to the Warrenton location and explained everything. When she saw my ring she was appalled. She went to the back and got another one of the same. When held side by side I saw just how badly Longview Fred Meyer had mutilated my original ring. Because of the warranty, Warrenton is completely replacing my ring and resizing the replacement and I should have the replacement within two weeks. The worst part is that Longview location is known for their lack of customer service and mine is definitely not the only jeweler they’ve destroyed.”
“My mom left me several pieces of beautiful jewelry. I took them in and had four sets consisting of matching earrings and necklaces made for the granddaughters. They turned out beautifully and the granddaughters love them. They took the diamonds from my moms wedding ring and helped design a ring for myself. It turned out perfect. Through all of this I found the staff to be honest, courteous and professional. Cassidy was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely use them again.”

“This is a beautiful jewelry store. The owner is a nice man, always willing to negotiate on his prices. I had my eye on a gorgeous Victoria era ring for a long time, and today was the day! He was having a holiday sale and gave me a great deal. I will treasure this ring forever. Thank you!”
“Every time I go in this shop there is new things to see along with staple themes of jewelry and (you guessed it) stones, along with other kinds of both practical and mystical items.
The gems, crystals and jewelry is artfully organized by type, theme, and/or artist. It's a joy to make the rounds there to see what there is this time around.”
“This is an absolutely wonderful gallery of fine, contemporary and whimsical art. Original paintings, sculpture, miniatures, pottery, jewelry, prints, and custom framing. Very well curated – there is no junk here!”
“Great little shop that is open later than the rest of the town. There are lots of unique items that even caught my interest. The folks behind the counter were very friendly and eager to assist.”
“I purchased two pair of Hummingbird earrings and two Wave pendants for Christmas gifts and a ring for myself. The pieces are larger than I had expected. Unusual and well made. Thank you!!”
“My husband had a bunch of old silver. The gentleman there was very helpful and honest. While they were talking, I was looking at the estate rings. They found a perfect one for me. And the 40% off price was wonderful! They also cleaned 2 other rings for me. I will definitely return to this store when I need another ring.”
