Had an amazing experience at Les Schwab Tire in Warrenton. We got a flat tire near Cape Disappointment State Park in Washington and weren't close enough to any other tire repair shops that would still be open. We called Les Schwab and they said if we could make it in by closing they would be able to help and even held a set of tires for us if the tire wasn't repairable. Luckily they were able to fix it so quickly for free! I highly recommend this location if you have any tire issues.

I had a trailer tire blowout on HWY 30 just outside of Astoria. I called both the nearest Les Schwab and Point S to see if they had a trailer wheel and tire I could swing by and pick up. Both had the wheel and tire but both mentioned it would be around 2 hours before they could mount the tire on the wheel. This was a bit of a problem as my trailer was in a very hazardous spot on HWY 30 so I needed to get it off the hwy asap. Les Schwab refused to be any help at all and was incredibly rude when I asked if there was any exception for them to mount the tire on the wheel and air it up to get me off the side of the hwy which would take literally 5 minutes. Still, they refused. Horrible service and I do not recommend this Les Schwab location at all.
With that being said, the kind woman (I wish I’d gotten her name) at the front counter over at Point S understood the severity of the situation and was able to expedite the work order and get the tire mounted up which took only 5 minutes and had me on my way to ensure my trailer did not remain a hazard on the hwy. Incredible service and I highly recommend Point S over Les Schwab in Warrenton, OR

Don't use these guys.... Had an appointment to install airbags, drove 1 hour to appointment, waited 3 more hours to be told they can't figure out how to install a Firestone Air bag in a 2014 F350 with a STOCK bed hitch.
Not impressed and I have been a long time customer.

Very happy with the service at this tire center. I bought tires here, had an alignment, and had tires rotated. Nothing but good experiences.

I came in for a rear wheel spin balance, that is it. Ended up waiting 4 hours to be told it's an issue with the wheel itself and front control arms, was offered to get a quote but refused as I'm not from this area and will take it into a shop near me instead. Returning to my car, I've been met with a christmas tree of lights on the dash that I've never seen before in the time I've owned the car. Went back in, and was told they were already on when they pulled it in. Absolutely not possible since I've just driven 300 miles the day prior and 25 miles the morning of, ran just fine without issues. One of the rear tires were also leaking from the stem that I just purchased and had installed the day prior at another Les Schwab (it wasn't leaking until they touched it here). I spent some time in the parking lot tracking it down and discovered the EVAP hose to be disconnected. They deny any involvement but that hose doesn't just come off on its own, and needs a good bit of force to pull it off. I present as a woman and pulling off the hose is an easy enough thing to manufacture that won't cause too much damage while at the same time throwing serious codes that'll send someone into the shop next door. Reconnected the hose and ran as normal again. A brand new valve stem/TPMS leaking and a loose EVAP hose after not having any of these issues prior, after only coming in for spin balance? It's not adding up. Avoid this location if you present in any way other than a cis man.

Great customer service, very friendly! We brought our motorhome here while we were traveling north on Highway 101. We had heard a funny sound and the Les Schwab service people check the tires. They inflated them for free. We got free popcorn! And they gave us a diagnosis and sent us on our way. Overall, I would absolutely stop here again if we needed tires or had any work to be done.
