WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - PERIOD!My husband and I arrived at The Warrenton Les Schwab at around 9:30am on Saturday 03/30/24to have a slow leak in one of our tires fixed. Upon arrival the female receptionist took my husband’s info, contact number, car info & advised him that there were three other cars ahead of us but that things were moving fast so it shouldn’t take long. As we approached about 11am I walked to the counter to ask the status on our vehicle & where we were in the line up. Receptionist advised that we were next so to stay right here. About 2 mins later she called out John (my husbands name) he walked up to the counter only to find out that it was the wrong John. So apparently she didn’t even realize that there was another John in the building. She preceded to call the other John’s name once & moved on. I asked my husband if we should find lunch since this was taking a while. Mind you tons of cars went ahead of ours. After lunch we headed back to Les Schwab and at this time it’s approximately 12:30. Since Our car never moved tire never got fixed & no one bothered to even reach out or update us on a timeframe we chose to leave & go elsewhere. Honestly a waste of our day. Receptionist obviously knew this wasn’t going to be a quick turnaround time but yet she lied about things moving fast & we in turn wasted 3 hours of our day. Now fast forward at about 3:20pm we get a call from Les Schwab. Really nearly 6 hours later they expected us to be there waiting. WHAT A JOKE! As business owners we would never treat our customers this way, if this is the case we wouldn’t have a thriving business. We heard from others how the customer service is terrible & the quality of work at Les Schwab has gone downhill. Now we know why. It’s sad to say that when we purchase the 4 new tires for our suv in the fall we WILL NOT be giving our business to this company. Thank you Les Schwab for giving us a reason to take our business elsewhere!

The manager (lady) is a scam artist. I watched her sell tires to customers that didn’t need them. Then I priced each tire I heard her sell and they were marking the tires up by 30%+. Just do a google search on the tires they are selling, they are ripping you off by hundreds of dollars. I heard the manager lady tell a customer she can’t give them their car back because of the law and their car is unsafe. I heard this manager lady and other managers tell customers that it is the law that they can’t give the customer their car unless they fix all the issues. Telling customers (and I quote) “We can’t put your car down or give it back to you because it is unsafe and it is the LAW”. I heard the manager tell customer about this “LAW”. They are using the word “LAW” as a tactic to corner the customer. So what “LAW” are the managers quoting? What is the Oregon ORS. code to the law? The managers are crooks, unlawful keeping customers cars and forcing work, also very unlawfully quoting a “LAW”. This is illegal. Warrenton is a small nice town and Les Schwab is taking advantage of the community. This is shameful. I recorded the entire incident, voice recorded only, just so I have proof of the lady manager saying it’s the “LAW” that they can’t put your car down or your wheels back on your car. Very illegal, I’m considering contacting law enforcement and an attorney.

By far the best place to go for tires! I’ve had a flat tire 3 times now, and each time it’s only needed a small patch, and i’ve never been charged for the help! Along with no issues afterwords with my tires :) You guys are beyond phenomenal !

Receptionist needs to be replaced, or at least given some lessons in customer service and phone etiquette.Tech was very helpful though and that’s what saves the rating. Michael J M was friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to help find a solution for my flat that worked around my hectic schedule, and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult.
