The entry door is a disgrace ; it really needs attention and or replacement it's hard to open; people with bulky packages face major obstacles; besides it has to be a challenge for anyone lacking superior muscle power. COME TO THINK OF IT ! a door that swings in with a push bar would be ideal ( if not both ways ) as most people have full hands when entering. That is how virtually entry doors work; In addition fighting that outswinging door when its windy is even worse ! and a strong wind is not uncommon here; in that respect a strong automatic door closer would not be as bad to fight while pushing inwards whereas pulling doubles the effort”
