“We went in to restore service line, and we waited for a few moments, and I asked them if we needed to sign in at a particular kiosk, and they told us to go to the front. I put my name in and I was immediately called. The store manager was very polite and attentive to the needs of our issue. The customer service agent was not able to help with the issue on our line as we have to call customer service for that particular need. However, he was kind enough is a $20 discount per month on our Internet bundle with TV. I think his name is Kevin. Good experience!!”
