My pictures won't do any of their food justice because it's the complex smells and tastes that will let you know you've just stepped ivy heaven. Nisa's food is quite possibly the best Thai food I've had in decades across many states and countries. Even my partner, who does not like Thai food, insists on going here every time we are nearby. The spices in every dish are delicious, aromatic and deeply complex without ever being muddy. They are cooked in a small kitchen when ordered and done so very quickly. Each time we try a new dish and have been consistently surprised because we thought the last dish we tried was the best and couldn't get any better. We were skeptical about the awards (local) they had won, but this place deserves international recognition, frankly.

Surprising find off the main highway. Authentic Thai food. We loved everything we tried: salad rolls w/ peanut sauce. Wontons, Pad See Ew w/ pork and the Massaman Curry. All fabulous! We will definitely be

Best Thai food on the Oregon coast! We ordered a spicy lamb dish cooked to perfection in a succulent slow cooked rosemary sauce and a wide rice needle dish packed full of vegetables and chicken (Pad Kee Mow) Ordered medium spicy on both and a side of Thai crushed dry peppers in case my husband wanted it extra hot. Anyone who thinks this place is short on flavor needs to learn how to order Thai food. Best quality, portions, and fair price for two outstanding meals.

Low key Thai place off the 101 just before Astoria. The Pad Thai and Pineapple Rice were both very good. Spring rolls as expected. I ordered for pick-up but the small space inside looked very relaxed and inviting.

The Drunken Noodle was amazing - perfect spice, nice mix of veggies. Also had the Pad Thai Lemongrass Chicken, which was really good as long as you like some sweetness to your dish! Good quality cuts of meats at this place, too. I'm impressed, and I'll be back for sure!

Tastes as good as we had in Thailand Very friendly. Pad Thai is our favorite, but liked everything we have tried.

The Thai food is THE BEST. We stop here each time we're in Astoria. Wait time on a clear day can be a bit long, but it's a small rustic beach-type of place, with YUMMY food. We had the Tom Kah soup with rice on the side n flaming beef. ?Parking: It's small, but plenty around the building in the lot behind.

It's been 5 years since I last reviewed Nisa's and they're still a 5-star spot! We still go back for different things, but the Pad Prik Khing and chicken wings are our favorites. Nisa's is one of the few places on the coast where you can ask for your food spicy and they'll actually give you spicy food! It's worth explaining that point: First, you don't have to get it spicy. It's just as tasty without the heat. Second, just because you order it spicy doesn't mean they simply dump some sauce on it. You get a well-seasoned spicy dish. That's not typical, believe me!If it's your first time, try the Pad Thai, chicken wings and Tom kha. Come back for the Pad Prik Khing, Eggplant and Basil, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, or Pineapple Fried Rice. You can't go wrong.

January 2024 by Some random person Who leaves reviews on everything
I was here dining in on Friday night 1/12/2024 7pm to closing. While I was at a table I watched a man pick up his food order to go, and then he went outside and came back inside about 3 minutes later. The staff gave him the wrong order and they put that food that left the restaurant, and was obviously opened, into another bag . Then the correct person for that food that had left the restaurant, came in and paid for and left with that same food. I understand they your food is delicious but this is a health code issue.I always thought that once food had left the store , and was opened it was not suitable to be resold. That is a liability. I wanted to say something to that customer, but it isn't my place to create a scene especially as busy as it gets on a Friday night with the take out orders. Please dispose of food that was given to the wrong customer and not pass it onto another .

the food was no better than the mobile Thai food trailers nearby. I have had way better Thai food. The food here is way more pricey than nearby trailers

Best Thai food in the county. Seating is limited, but the food is worth the wait. The flavors are bold, and ingredients fresh. We love the Panang Curry, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles
