This review is specifically for Jake one of the managers at HD. I am a general contractor and am constantly buying and returning items. Sometimes my orders are complex and my returns are even more complex. Every single time I have any interaction with Jake he solves my problem, takes total ownership and makes it an awesome experience for me. Jake is an absolute rockstar of an employee. HD is lucky to have him. Whoever is this guy boss, take note, you should give this guy a huge raise or someday I’m going to offer him a job working for me!

Typical Home Depot although it feels a bit smaller than many I've visited, which limits the selection a bit.

I was in there lastnight to get paint and rachel at the paint counter went above and beyond to help me make sure I got the right one even though they were busy she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience because of her!

Wow, if you ever get Heather in customer service, you've found a winner Helpful, curteous, friendly, goes over and beyond to get things done right. This is my favorite Home Depot because of employees like her, truly dedicated.

I’m a roofing contractor from the Portland area working a job in Seaside. I visited this store and was so impressed by the excellent service from Mike with lumber. It was above and beyond ! Great experience here today!

Spent four hours gathering material for a project. Only to find out if you haven't used your home depot card in the last six months, it's null and void. Had two carts of lumber scanned twice. Once at each end of the building. Finally paid with my credit card. Most of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Others not so much. Restroom was disgusting. I won't be getting another home depot card and will be shopping somewhere else in the future.

I bought a washing machine from this branch Paid for install
When the installers came, their truck was too tall and ripped powerlines down at my house
Which I had to pay for out-of-pocket to restore service to my home
When I called the store manager, she said there was nothing she could do but reported to her insurance company who never contacted me
I reported this to her several times and she could care less they never resolved my issue
I can honestly tell you that they came damaged my home and just put me on the pay no mind list
I was never able to get paid back
Their insurance company never contacted me
The whole time the manager sounded like she could care less
Maybe they need to pay their managers more so they get somebody competent or something

The customer service here is absolutely stellar. I had an emergency need for a few pieces of cut lumber boards 10 minutes before they were closing. Mark N. didn't even flinch when I asked for this. I first spoke to him, profusely apologizing for coming in so late and asking for a task. He was so kind and said it was no problem at all, and reassured me many times. He was extremely helpful in picking out the proper wood type for my needs, and helped carry everything. You have hired a true asset to your company with Mark Thank you again,Mark N. (Also, thank you for your service in the military!) You saved the day for us!

I wanted to write a review and specifically thank Will. First, he was very willing to help run the panel saw for me despite having other tasks he was working on. He helped me with a smile, had great conversation & thankfully knew how to properly run the saw so it didn’t blow out the edges of my sheet… which is atypical for Home Depot locations.
Thanks Will, you rock!
