Staff super friendly however I do drive down from Raymond Washington and you haven't had compressed straw stocked on the shelf's since February!!!! Get someone to stock more I come on Mondays as you open now way you always sale out you just don't stock the shelf's !

This store has had a HUGE turn in a positive direction. This particular store has donated to the animal shelter and the community garden. When I heard they did that I was so taken back! What an amazing contribution to the community! Thank you to the new store manager for providing such a wonderful service! I came in when visiting with my two pups and Bethany (store manager) made my shopping experience super easy! I wasn't sure about what dog food I needed but she took the time to sit with me to talk about my dogs and gave me some really good recommendations. Now my dogs are BEGGING for their breakfast/supper and look forward to eating. Thank you!

Gary is the best! He gave such amazing customer service, had to absolutely leave him a review. Extremely knowledgeable about product, and you can tell he loves his job. Made my experience extremely easy to find what I needed for my rabbit, and suggested products for my next visit that I will absolutely be trying. Showed me all the best deals too, and you can save so much money in animal bedding & feed at this store compared to most others like perco.

So the manager, Jeremy has decided to close down the pet wash station, Because somebody stole the supplies out of it.
It is closed Even for the people who are Willing to purchase soap from the store and go wash their dog with their purchased soap.
I know because I asked he said “no I won’t let you do that”.
His attitude for the situation is not appropriate what so ever he blatantly told me one person ruined it for everyone, he locked the door to the pet wash station even though I bought the buy 3 get one free deal and drove 45 minutes just to wash my dog.
Completely rude and unprofessional I’m not writing this review to express how I feel but how this should have been properly handled.
As a business owner Jeremy would be fired.
DON’T LOCK THE PAYING CUSTOMERS OUT.

Rude employees especially the women in the back. Store layout is fine and location is easy to get to. But I won’t return due the rude lady in the back.

I live in Washington but, we make the trip down to Warrenton at least once a month. I’ve always enjoyed going to Tractor Supply anywhere in the country however, your store lacks PERSONALITY. TAB is AWESOME and the tall blonde girl is great as well. My interactions with the men on staff have been less than cordial. They act like we are bothering them. Don’t they understand that without customers you’ll close the doors?!?! We will be back again next month but, I hope you can find some more “Tabs” that want to be of service to the customers. Thank you!!

Usually every time I’m there I really enjoy it and the team members are super helpful. I went for a pet was on May 5th at about 4:30 pm to wash 2 dogs with my mom and about 25 minutes in Jeremy came in and rudely said that we have taken too long and they are actually closed and there’s “lots of people waiting to use it” then left. We of course hurried but it takes some time to dry brush and husky lab. When we did leave the one guy that was waiting seemed like he didn’t mind to wait a bit and noticed that my dog was still damp and asked why I didn’t finish drying him.
Online it doesn’t state when or if the wash closes and I’ve never been told the time limit. I’d assume it would stay open til about an hour before the store closes. Disappointed with the management.
