the service @ this location has really improved; significantly it deserves better than a 3 *** by now; one guy. in particular .is super helpful, _ to everyone I've noticed; I'll have to note his name. The entry door is a disgrace ; it really needs attention and or replacement it's hard to open; people with bulky packages face major obstacles; besides it has to be a challenge for anyone lacking superior muscle power. COME TO THINK OF IT ! a door that swings in with a push bar would be ideal ( if not both ways ) as most people have full hands when entering. That is how virtually entry doors work; In addition fighting that outswinging door when its windy is even worse ! and a strong wind is not uncommon here; in that respect a strong automatic door closer would not be as bad to fight while pushing inwards whereas pulling doubles the effort

I’m disabled and one of the employees came over with me holding a package and recommended for me to use the side scan instead of waiting in Line took the package from me scanned it for me and helped me out

At 9am I was informed by Amazon and UPS that my package was “ready to be picked up from THE UPS STORE”. I came into the UPS store about 10 in the morning. I was about 6th in line. I was told that it should be ready in about an hour to two. I returned at 12:30. After explaining the difficulty for my returning to the store, about an hour and a half round trip, I was told that “technically they have till the end of the day to check packages is in” and that I should return tomorrow.
I believe the employee was doing the best he could under the circumstances, but that the store is under staffed, and not able to provide the desired timely service.

These people are great! They do their best to walk people through how to do everything! Very patient with their customers and extremly patient with the totally rude and mean ones. I don’t know why anyone would want to work in customer service these days so kudos to them all!! Good job guys!

Everytime I stop in to drop off or pick up a package they have the most friendly and polite and patient front desk. Willing to help with anything and now added banners that u can have made there so that’s also a huge plus.

RUDE, UNHELPFUL NO MANAGER AVAILABLE. While traveling and having a package shipped for pick up here I received notice my package had arrived. When I went to pick up my package I was told it was there but not checked in yet. Tried back 3 hrs later still not checked in. 30 min to close still not checked in
We are leaving the area tomorrow. The two woman working were rude. They didn't care I was leaving the next day. Wouldn't make an attempt to look for my package.Rude, unhelpful, no manager was present. Avoid having anything shipped here or dealing with this location in any way

Extremely unhelpful! Package for pick-up was delivered this morning by 10am. I am leaving town tonight. Associates have not processed it! And stated they had 24hrs. Very rude and dis-respectful!

Incompetent people, DO NOT TRUST them with anything important. Capable of swiping the debit card, miserable communication.
