I am appalled at how customers are treated in the pharmacy. I will NEVER go back. I Sat and watched them interact w/ numerous customers. Unfriendly, scowling faces, abrupt, " I couldn't care less about you" attitude. I thought it was just one person's attitude when I first went in. But when I went back later it was the same attitude with 2 other people. Messy counter, open coke bottle sitting by the register, my instructions from the pharmacist was "take this twice a day every 12 hours for 5 days". And essentially tossed it on the counter and walked away. New med I've never taken. WOW. You've got major problems behind that counter!

The absolute nicest and kindest employees. Come in knowing absolutely nothing about the product I needed. The cashier assisted, and when needed more info regarding the product, he asked someone in the cosmetology section to come and assist instead of just leaving me to figure it out. These two were proof that amazing customer service and compassion is very much still alive. Thank you so much for your kindness and help ?

One member of the staff, an older woman who I overheard saying she used to live in San Francisco was extremely rude. She said "I don't know if you're married, but if you are your husband..." to another patron, which these days is assuming a lot.She repeatedly referred to me as "he", despite the fact that I have long hair, obvious breasts, and was dressed in a way that wasn't remotely masculine. When I called her out on it, she refused to apologize, making it clear it was deliberate.

Traveling through Astoria for an event, three of us visited this store on Friday, May 26 because a member of our group had forgotten her insulin and we had already struck out at the independent pharmacy in town. The workers at the Walgreens pharmacy counter ignored and avoided eye contact with her, and when she was eventually acknowledged by the pharmacist, he responded to her with disgust and closed for lunch, refusing service for a woman in increasingly urgent need of insulin. It is my opinion that she was treated this way because of her race. After it became clear that service was being denied to her in this way, we returned nearly $100 worth of merchandise to the shelves and continued down the road to Rite Aid, who happily communicated with her pharmacist and solved the problem effectively even though it was the end of the business day at home in Detroit. Had Rite Aid not come through on this problem, we would have had to drive towards Seattle overnight and miss our event.

Very helpful and profesional pharmacists and clerks. I use the drive thru pharmacy exclusively. These folks don't lose prescriptions, call if delayed, and have a webservice that accurately reflects order status. They are my goto place for both new prescriptions and 90 day refills.

I had a doctors appointment that required a negative Covid test prior to procedure/treatment. They required an “official” test that would provide some documentation of a negative result. My medical appointment was scheduled for Friday night so I schedule a Covid test with Warrenton Walgreens on Wednesday at 11am. They test went fine and they mailed it out for testing (PCR). On Thursday morning at 8am I received an email saying the sample was not submitted properly and the test was “inconclusive”. I scheduled another Covid test for later that day (Thursday) at 3pm. They test went fine. I didn’t get any email in response. On Friday I didn’t have a result, Friday night no result, I then drove to my appointment in Portland just in case in came in late …. But was still empty handed with a test result. A check in the records showed the sample was not delivered to the testing facility. I ended up not being accepted into my doctors appointment and forced to reschedule.

I wish we had a zero star, this place does not disserve even 1 star, horrible employees who are so unhappy. They don't even welcome you when entering the store and are so rude. The same people work there, you think they will make you feel a part of the family, but I feel like I'm brothering them every time I go there. I don't recommend this place, shop and spend your money in elsewhere with people who are happy to have a job and have your business.

Unfriendly and expensive store.Employees seem to hate their lives. Don't bother them and don't ask questions.I usually only go here for medication prescriptions but people in the pharmacy department seem to hate having to work there too. Prices are more expensive than in many other places. I need to check with my insurance if I can get my prescriptions filled somewhere else.

Do not fall for the fake reviews 5 star telling you in detail of the place these are fake accounts boosting up stores ratings . read all ratings of REAL PEOPLE . For example i could have 1000 people write stunning reviews in min of this place . there are companies who make and do just that . so look for people telling the problems not the good of the company . cause these local guides are false as your so called freedoms .

Just the most crappy and awful place to shop and even worse if you use their on line add weekly specials. We live down the street and every Sunday we shop the weekly specials. Load up what we want into our account but every time the prices never come out right, then the mean blonde supervisor has to get involved. No name tag of course and she will not give us her name. But it has been a long time dealing with this but a few dollars adds up. We only go there for things that are on sale cause the prices are so high but be careful they like to put things that are within days of expiration on sale.

Do not use this pharmacy. 1. They will charge a co-pay if you have OHP Plus - while the same prescription has no copay at Safeway pharmacy. I don't know how it's legal to do that without disclosing that you can get it with no copay elsewhere. 2. One of my medicine canisters was broken when I opened it, so I couldn't use it to dispense medicine and instead of swapping it out when I returned, the pharmacist said they would "send it back to vendor and contact me with a replacement" - weeks passed and when I returned to inquire they acted like Mr. Magoo and a manager had to sort it out - it should have been an easy swap when I first returned the faulty medicine. 3. One of the main pharmacy workers routinely wears her pandemic mask around her chin. This is a pharmacy for crying out loud - you don't take the pandemic seriously? Usually a pharmacy experience is a bit boring or frustrating, but I have had multiple terrible experiences at this pharmacy - take your prescriptions elsewhere!
