I have been on a prescription for six years I moved out to Warrrenton about two years ago so I transferred my medication to the Warrenton Walgreens. Every month I go to pick up my prescription there's an issue. And one time they said I had already picked it up for that month which is impossible because my doctor doesn't write me more than one prescription a month. Every month after that I can't pick up my prescription one day early I have a commute for work and I take my medication every morning they would not allow me to pick it up the evening before (not even 24 hours early) Then I have to call to get them to even start the process it's not like they fill it right away in the morning. It becomes a huge hassle of me trying to nag them to have my prescription ready before I go to work! Not to mention it takes 3 hours to fill, when I could have gotten the night before! I understand protocols. My insurance and doctor say I can get it early if I need to. (insurance will pay, doctor does it all the time). Another time I took my daughter to the doctor, they sent medicine and we had to go home with a sick baby and wait all day for the medicine. What happened to the days when you get your medicine when you leave the doctors and go home! Sadly nothing will change. I see all the complaints and no one does anything. I will be switching pharmacies again!

I will never go back to this store. The clerk was extremely rude. I was buying Covid tests and she wanted to know how much Covid I thought I was going to get. She thought I only needed one test and that I should go for a cheaper box. Why on earth does she even care? I've never liked going into this store. It's dark and creepy and I worry my car will get broken into by some of the people hanging out in the parking lot. I should have just gone over to Fred Meyer and that's what I'll do from now on. I've been to other Walgreens in other states and they're a lot nicer, the store and the people that work there.

Drove 2 hours to do a Covid test at this place ( near by ones were not having any availability ) . First response from the lady inside was she is not seeing my appointment ( with out even asking my name & checking the system - LOL ). Then she asked the details & with in a second , she saw my appointment details. I agree with other reviewers . Staff there need to undergo a training on customer service.

I absolutely want nothing from this, I don't gain anything from this my only hope is that the manager sees this and becomes aware of the way their employees treat customers. I placed an online order for pickup and went down there with my grandma as she needed some last minute Christmas things. We waited for quite sometime before she decided she was going to go in there. She came back out and asked if she should check on my order and I said yes. She comes back out and says she was told they had no record of my order by 2 different employees as I'm staring at my confirmation email. You can imagine now that I'm panicking. I go in there and see my order just sitting on the counter and the employee refused to acknowledge us, she finally says order for Bella? I say yes and my grandma politely says oh why did you tell me you had no record of it. The women got an attitude and was very rude and proceeded to say it's okay it's the holiday season you guys are running around with your heads chopped off. So now we're crazy?? I get it there is a protocol to follow but next time I advise saying something like ma'am you're gonna have to have your granddaughter come in here or something along those lines. The employee was rude and extremely unprofessional, and to see my order is done yet no text saying it's ready to pick up? Yet she wants to have an attitude and insinuate we're crazy? Be better. Do better. From one manager to another, let's promote positive change and a positive environment for our customers. Happy holidays and I pray she doesn't treat others like this. As my parents always said treat others the way you want to be treated.

Service in the pharmacy is routinely rude and impersonal. Today I tried calling regarding the status of a prescription. Twice the recording advised their hours of the day and time of their lunch break. Then advised there were 3 callers ahead of me. I waited to call again later in the day. At this time I was advised only 2 calls ahead so I held. For 25 minutes when I was the next caller. Then I was disconnected! Called for the store manager at 4:10 PM and was told the manager was not in but I could tell the clerk my story. After doing so was advised that the pharmacist was unable to get to work and the pharmacy was actually closed all day. No effort by anyone to change the recorded message. Unconscionable level of service from a health related business. Day two. Same recording - pharmacy open until 7 PM. A call to the store itself confirmed it was closed for the second day in a row. Very poor service and communication.

If I was just looking at the pharmacy, I would award just one star. The staff in the rest of the store kicks it up a notch. I made an appointment online for my flu shot two days before my visit. I arrived 20 minutes early and waited inline for about five minutes. When I went to the counter, I gave my name, birthday, and phone number. I was told to take a seat and wait for paperwork. I informed the woman I had made an appointment online, she tersely said, "You have paperwork." I waited for the paperwork (which was largely redundant from what I filled out online). When I informed that same woman that I had my own pen, she crossly said, "Our pens have been thoroughly sanitized." I coldly replied, "I still have my own pen," while rolling her pen on the counter in front of her. After another wait, in which 2 walk-ins were given their vaccinations (during my appointed time), the pharmacist called me. In the room where jabs are given the pharmacist asked, "Do you have any questions?" I stated, "So, making an appointment online doesn't speed up the process?" His response was, "Do you have any other questions." After the jab, he suggested that I stay in the store fifteen minutes. Since I did have some shopping to do, I was in the store and dealt with the friendly staff behind the cash registers. Next year, I'll get my flu vaccine at the Olympia Walgreens I got last year's jab. Attitudes at the Warrenton Walgreens pharmacy suck!

Just the most crappy and awful place to shop and even worse if you use their on line add weekly specials. We live down the street and every Sunday we shop the weekly specials. Load up what we want into our account but every time the prices never come out right, then the mean blonde supervisor has to get involved. No name tag of course and she will not give us her name. But it has been a long time dealing with this but a few dollars adds up. We only go there for things that are on sale cause the prices are so high but be careful they like to put things that are within days of expiration on sale.

The pharmacy assistant at the drive-through window was extremely rude. I asked to use the Goodrx coupons Because she was unable to find my insurance. She was really rude and acted as if I was a real inconvenience to her. I could not afford one of my prescriptions , so I called a few days later, the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me. She would not even look up my insurance card number for me, she said there was no prescription there for me. I explain to her I was just there two days ago, she replied'Its not here now!' Wow! I called rite aid in seaside and he was able to find my insurance and fill my prescription...easily. I will not visit that Walgreens again. Terrible customer care.

Walgreens in Warrenton has a collective major attitude problem. Not only that, but the employees are walking around with their noses hanging out of their masks. I won't be back. I vote with my dollar, and I am not the least bit surprised that the place had NO CUSTOMERS BUT ME. Wear your masks correctly! For God's sake, you are a pharmacy. Bye bye... I bet you areno longer in business soon.

The pharmacy is severely understaffed. Sat in the drive thru 10 to 15 minutes before being acknowledged. We watched the pharmacist verify and bag prescriptions, who did look over at us once. However, a simple "someone will be right with you" would have been a nice gesture! Guess not in his job description!

This is the most poorly run pharmacy I've ever encountered! I use Walgreens at various locations around the West as I have a recurring prescription on file with their system. This location has "misplaced" my prescription numerous times. Last visit they said they were waiting on Doctor orders even tho I have a standing order. When I questioned the pharmacy assistant she was quick to blame others and was not helpful. Don't use this Walgreens if you have another choice!

July 25th, 2018, 8:35pm, Pharmacy: Stood at the 'Wait Here For Patient Privacy' Line (I was the only person in line and waiting area at the time). I quietly waited as the pharmacist (Felix) and technician (Nancy) continued to work, look past me several times, and then fail to even acknowledge my presence. I approached the counter after several minutes of being ignored to ask for assistance. My husband had an emergency prescription that had been called in by his doctor, and since we were on vacation, this was the closet pharmacy that was open at the time. The technician Nancy seemed confused and inept at how to handle an out of network insurance card, and stumbled around, asking Felix, then telling me rudely, "We don't take your insurance at Walgreens." I explained that I was aware, however they were the closest pharmacy that was open at the hour, so the doctor sent it given the circumstances. I asked her to call my insurance company to verify the Rx, and she told me I could call on my own. I told her my cell was in my car outside, so Nancy placed a call (visibly annoyed at this point) and began speaking to my insurance provider stating, 'this customer is telling us to bill you,' (when I never stated), and refused to put me on speaker or allow me to speak to my rep, even though she was providing false information to my insurance carrier. I asked to speak with a manager at that point, and Sharon stepped in. The extra star is for Sharon, who allowed me to use the phone, speak to my insurance, and get the out of network issue resolved quickly and seamlessly. Sharon even offered to run a discount card to try and get the cost reduced, and was sweet and empathetic saying she hoped my husband felt better soon. Kudos to Sharon, thank you for saving the night! *Store Manager, Please do some remedial customer service training with Felix, and make additional training mandatory for Nancy...she seems a bit rusty on a variety of levels!! I was told the it would cost $112 for a 20 count pill prescription, which my insurance provider said was very high, and should only cost about $15 with an in-network provider. Given that my family is on vacation and hours away from an in network pharmacy, we bit the bullet, and I asked for only a partial fill of the prescription. *Out of Town Tip: There is a Rite-Aid a 1/4 mile away from this Walgreens. Should you ever find yourself in a similar situation as ours, I'd recommended giving Rite-Aid a try, as these are the only two pharmacies open past 6pm in the area for both Oregon and Washington (Long Beach Peninsula Area included).

The manager here could not be more rude. They have refused to print orders, had me call back, and been extremely condescending. I would never shop here again.

Fairly standard Walgreens. The size, staff and cleanliness are about like every other store.

This Walgreens is really nice. The customer service here is always friendly and above and beyond helpful. The parking lot might have some typical "Oregon Coast tweakers" but that's to be expected. The inside is clean and always nicely well maintained shelves with new products. They always have what I'm looking for.
