Based on the reviews, Cocina Nueva Vista is the best Mexican food in the area with amazing food. The salsa is incredible with a unique flavor, and the menu is interesting. The veggie taco is the best, and customers are still thinking about it hours later. The loaded fries are delicious and very decadent with the upgraded Birria. The bean and cheese burrito is so flavorful, much more than a basic burrito. The tallow fries are worth the trip alone. The Birria Grilled Cheese is amazing, and the Birria Taco plate is delicious. The Asada Beef Nachos are amazing, and the Burrito is huge and delicious. The sourdough sugar cookies are the bomb. The restaurant uses really fresh ingredients, and everything has so much flavor. The service is excellent, and the people are super friendly and kind. It is a local gem worth a visit.

Cocina Nueva Vista is without a doubt the best Mexican food in the area. They use really fresh ingredients and everything has so much flavor. Plus, the service is excellent. I cannot recommend this local gem enough.

The best veggie taco I ever had, I’m still thinking about it four hours later. Real salsa and awesome chips and a delicious hibiscus tea!
