Mattie is a wonderful tech/rep and kicked butt on my screen protector and phone replacements. She let me know my most affordable and economical options and tried to save me from wasting money on a needless upgrade. Love her and Hannah for not pressuring customers into purchasing; they just want to help accomplish whatever you need. Her sense of humor makes the errand a lot more fun.I would give 6 stars if they would let us have the wireless charger for free.

When I went to the local AT&T store, I had the best experience and customer service despite having a difficult request of switching up multiple phones and setting up multiple decives and their data. The guy who helped my mom and I, Seth, was extremely welcoming, patient, friendly, and cooperative while still being professional and helping us get everything done. Definitely my best experience with getting assistance from a worker setting up a device. Can't thank you enough.

⭐☆☆☆☆Avoid the AT&T store in West Linn managed by Prime Communications! Since their takeover, customer service has plummeted. They've added hidden charges without consent, and attempts to reach them by phone were ignored. This place was once great, but now it's all about high-pressure sales. Beware!

Seth and Tanner were exceptional with helping me upgrade a phone and transferring everything from my old phone. This West Linn location is the only place I’ll go to from now on. The professionalism and genuine care that both Seth and Tanner demonstrated to me and everyone that walked into the store was refreshing. I have not experienced the attention to detail and help at any other AT&T location as I did today. Thank you Seth and Tanner. I’m telling all my friends and family about you two and your store.

Worked with Seth on getting a new iPhone 14. Seth was very knowledgeable and know about all the promotions. Was able to find the right deal for me. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to get service or get a new phone.

Do not buy a screen protector though this store. They are sold as free replacement if damaged (and you pay a premium for that), but in reality it’s an 8 dollar service fee. The manager Seth, initially said the same thing until his system would not zero out the fee. He then switched tactics to blaming the salesperson that it was in fact never free replacement. He then became extremely aggressive when I tried to hold him accountable for the misinformation that he himself had initially confirmed. He even went as far as saying statements made during a verbal contract at the point of sale are non binding. Extremely unprofessional and zero accountability.Update: Went to the Bridgeport store and they were able to resolve the issue at no charge, and were fast and polite. The fee was actually supposed to be 3 dollars (not 8) but it was waived due to a promotion that’s running. Looks like Seth and this store may be up charging since this is a franchise where the Bridgeport store is corporate.
