“We were in a panic as the rains in Portland had turned my daughter's car into a mobile aquarium. She had lots of mold and a previous attempt to resolve did not work. Then we found Detail by Miles, the website told the story of what he does and we were convinced it was who we had to work with. If you have issues with Mold and a leak in your car, you will find no one as detailed and determined to find and fix your problem. If the fix is something he can't do, he will be able to recommend the deeper fix, if he can't do it himself. I can't recommend anyone more than Jason.”

“Had them detail a used Ford Flex I bought that was filthy (because the Kendall VW dealer in Bend refused to detail properly). The leather interior was discolored from so much dirt from animals and smoke, bad odor, water spots on sunroof, scratches on the exterior etc. My 2019 Flex looks like a brand new car! It's like night and day. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“I had so much fun here!! My car is incredibly cleaner than other car washes I've been to. Felt like a bubble monster took his blue tongue and licked my car spotless. Also quite enchanting that all the workers were wearing white button ups and ties.

“For some reason, I just really prefer the self-serve car washes. There's something about washing my car on a sunny day that's rewarding. This one in particular, is a great location, lots of restaurants, close to the interstate and the guy was there today cleaning the stalls. So it's always nice and clean, which feels good.!”

“I usually have a guy named Jon who helped me with my car wash. He always seems to have the best energy and he’s always asking how my day is. He’s very optimistic from what it seems. Not to say that the other guys are also very nice, but Jon took out to me.

Leo ensured my car got exactly the treatment it needed, and Samantha made the whole process smooth and stress-free with her warm and helpful attitude. My car looked spotless and smelled fresh when they were done—like it was brand new again!

Very kind, helpful, and doing the best job on a Hot Summer Day having to stand outside in the sun! Give this team member a raise and recognition! 👏 so I got the $15 wash, it went very fast through so idk if I really got ALL that I paid for, would've been nice if it ran through a bit slower! But I'll go with it for this time! Too Fast through the drying process as well, car dripping like mad! Car looks fine, can't say stellar, but i wasn't in the mood to examine thoroughly! Vacuum was nice, worked fine.”

“The wash works well on my truck and the staff is friendly. The drying system is hit and miss. When they first opened, not a drop of leftover water on my rig. Now, you need to wipe it down each time to avoid water spots. Great facility other than that”

80 percent of today's transactions are done by card. The price difference between cash and card here is 80 cents. You can not tell me for every three dollar gallon spend you are going to charge me 80cents. This is no question way beyond costs. They do this so they can post an eye catching price and bring drivers in and it works. They're way busier then they used to be. This is a really terrible business practice and I hope people see this rating. I live across the street and went to a daily customer to a complete non customer. You lose your regulars to mislead and bilk.”

“Great carwash!! If you don't vacuum your car at time of cleaning, they let you go back another time to do it at no additional cost. My mother and I really appreciate this. The vacuums work great, too. They have some serious suction. When you go through the carwash, if you aren't satisfied with the cleaning, you can go through again. This is a great carwash!! Great customer service!!”

“Fabulous and unique service!! I couldn’t believe the excellent over the top experience for the same $12 at all car wash places. This wash is touchless, the attendant offers a soft moist cloth so you can wipe down your interior as you go through PLUS best of all a person wipes down your entire car, even the sunroof, when you emerge!!! I was so impressed and pleased with the service, I bought their membership! Haha never have I ever been a member of a car wash club- so great!”
