The office staff is amazing and the maintenance team is superb! Super fast response time on work orders. Less than 30 mins for our dryer today. Always kind and respectful. Extremely helpful. We highly recommend Cascade Summit if your looking for a new place to call home.

I've lived here for almost a year, and it's been great! Office staff are always friendly, and available to contact. I've had one maintenance issue which was resoved same day! The site is beautiful, and well maintained as well. This is a great place to live to say the least!
