So many issues....tried to deposit CASH to my son's account as he is out of town and needs money. They KNOW who I am and who my son is, yet they won't let me deposit cash. Money Laundering they say....unbelievable. My bank, Banner, WOULD let me do this. There have been MANY other ridiculous problems over the years. My son WILL be switching to Banner.

According to chase, anyone can use your card after you die. They treat widows like trash, no respect for the dead and ZERO respect for customers. Avoid avoid avoid!

ATM is securely located inside, getting in by sliding your card at the door when the bank is closed. You have options of getting small denominations instead of the usual $20s.

Last I checked, cash is cash. Tried to exchange foreign currency for US Dollars, but this bank required me to have an account here. And now I never will because they wouldn't take my cash. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
