Deposited a large sum of money... all cash in to their local ATM... It took the cash, then spit out a receipt with an 800 number to call. We've now spent the last week chasing close to $3000 and Chase is now saying that they're not going to actually refund it. WTF is going on?!!!!

Came in to get some financial advice/apply for a credit card and Joan was super patient, very friendly, and helpful. Joan typically works at the other Chase ontop of the hill in Westlinn by Safeway but due to Covid, she's at this location right now and I'm very thankful for what she was able to help me with today. (I hope I spelled her name right) People like her, make my decision of staying with Chase as my bank so much easier :)

The personnel at the local branches are great but the bank itself is difficult. Local community banks and credit unions are usually easier to work with.

I just got hung up on twice while waiting on hold for 58 minutes to dispute bogus charges on my credit card. I'm about done with Chase for my personal and business accounts.

I can't speak highly enough for all the great staff at this branch. Everyone is so nice and always so helpful. Its always a great experience going there and Im thankful for all the great customer service.

This location has an easy drive thru, the screen also tilts so it is easy to use from my truck without feeling like I am halfway out my window!
