I understand if the policy is, they cannot package perishables, and you must actually pack the box and even purchase the box. What I don’t understand is why you would make the customer buy an entire thing of tape instead of just letting them use your tape roll to tape the box. 25 years ago, I worked at a postal connections, and I would never dream of making somebody purchase tape to secure a small little box

These guys are AMAZING!!! They could not have exceeded my expectations more than they did. I needed to have a 1912 cash register packaged and secured. They made it a team effort and boy did they do an incredible job. They had to make me a customized box and really went above and beyond in protecting and securing it. Thank you for all of the extra effort!! When you need AMAZING I recommend the West Linn FedEx team!

Wouldn’t recommend. Refusal to provide services that’s advertised. Would recommend going to a different location or the UPS just down the road if possible…
I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while. I use their packing services as it makes things a lot easier and cheaper. However, they recently got a new manager, I want to say around a month or so ago, who had one of the employees tell me she isn’t going to order boxes that will work with the items I bring in on a regular basis, and had the employee tell me to go somewhere else.
I’ve been having them pack my stuff over the last three or so store managers, and none of them ever had any issues with it. In fact, they were happy for my business because besides what they pack, I bring in roughly 30 or so already packaged boxes per week. I’ve also got to say this new manager is not friendly nor does she provide a good customer service experience.
However, the rest of the staff is exceptional and provides a very positive customer experience.

terrible service, broken equipment, wasted time. took 40 minutes to get five posters printed.
at the end, when they finally offered to do it the fast way and that took 2 seconds ... incredibly infuriating.
the condescending nature of the guy who kept trying to direct me back to the broken machine ... incredible. like another review said: it was like sketch comedy it was so overdone

I went here to have some prints done on cardstock in a pinch. Ashton was beyond helpful and efficient! He made sure to help my prints fit in the envelopes and got them done for me so fast! If I ever find myself needing prints again I will definitely be back!!

Sent in print work 30 mins before I came in. They had questions for me and what do they do? Wait until I come in. I’m sure you were busy, but I am too. I’m on a time limit. Then when I ask David to cut my stuff, he acts like it’s a huge inconvenience for him.
My phone number was legit at the bottom of the email. You could have called me to ask what you needed clarified.
I do apologize for being vague in my email. My job requires a lot of print work, and I’m learning.

Every single time I have gone to this location over many years, I have received above and beyond customer service, generous assistance and top quality services and equipment to utilize here at this location. David helped me yesterday and he's is Super in his patience, recommendations on best interest for your project at hand and attentive to all that's going on with your steps in following the plan to achieve the best outcome, while keeping his watchful eye on all other customers and being the best and serving communication in each person's time at this store. Way to go, David! Also if you ask, FedEx has a We Listen Team Member Shoutout business card so you can also give FedEx directly your opinion on their services provided. Which I did and even received a print coupon for doing so, which I didn't anticipate getting.

I feel like I've been treated horribly by the staff here. I've never wanted to give a place one star, but in this case, FedEx, I wholeheartedly concur. It's obvious that my racism was overt. There were only 2 employees there when I came, and they kept me waiting a long time to get attended to. They only converse with each other, however. I waited for a while here as an American customer entered and was serviced before me. So upsetting. When I returned home, they appeared to be gloating. I won't return here ever again.
