There's been too many bad haircuts at this location. Recently, I asked for a med-high fade. One of the workers there (different one, it seems every other week) did a high and tight and messed up the hairline. It was horrible.
If you're incapable, just communicate.

I would give zero stars if I could.l checked in online around 6:30pm to get my hair washed. It said 0 minutes wait time. The online system let me check in, as they didn’t close until 7 PM. When I showed up, there was two people that were there that they took into chairs who were not checked in- the one lady was extremely rude and she said to me “it’s gonna be 20 minutes.” I said, “I checked in online and I am number one. I checked in 10 minutes ago at 6:30 and it’s now 6:40 with 0 minutes for a wait time. You haven’t even started on the other two people that probably walked in a split second before me.” The very rude lady said “well you’re gonna have to wait. These people are here.” The two people that were there hadn’t even been worked on yet. I let her know sorry, but I had to be somewhere in 20 minutes and I was number one in the check-in system. She said “oh it’ll be fine but it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait. you have to wait.” At that point I said no and I said I was going to contact the corporate office and I left. I could see she was complaining to other people in the salon as I left. Very rude woman (manager?). Super rude experience and I’ve been to several Great Clips in the area. I will never go to this establishment again and I am definitely going to be taking it up with the Great Clips corporate office brcause that was unacceptable. Why even have a check-in system?!?
