We use key bank west linn for most of our deposits and banking for our company and have nothing but good things to say. Their staff is personable and great at what they do. They have always delivered. Thanks!!!

I have USAA that allows me to go to any bank to withdraw money. I went to Key bank ATM in West Linn and tried to withdraw funds when the ATM kept my card before I could start my transaction. I went inside to ask for help and was apologetic about this happening. The teller couldn’t get the card out so asked a tall bleached blond to help who was sitting in a cubicle. The tall blond stated she couldn’t give me my card back because she didn’t know me, I could be anyone and why was I using their ATM? She was very angry and hostile. I insisted they help and that I wouldn’t leave without my card. Finally, she helped but with a scowl on her face the entire time. I’ll never go back there and will tell my family and friends never to use Key Bank because they’re grouchier than the the Grinch. On the other hand USAA was so supportive and tried to give me options by phone on how to handle this. Yay USAA, I picked the right bank to bank with

I am an Oregon City attorney. While I do not bank with Key Bank, I have on several occasions needed to address Key Bank banking issues for one of my clients with someone in authority at Key Bank. In those instances I have called the West Linn Key Bank and spoken with the manager there, Shellene Schneider. Ms. Schneider has always been unfailingly nice, willing to listen in an effort to try to help, and effective. There should be more managers like her. She is a credit to Key Bank, and particularly the West Linn Branch.

I’ve looked into it and apparently it’s not uncommon for them to place 10 day holds on checks (ADP Payroll for me) stating it would take that long to ensure funds get paid. Customer service is no help there. I would somewhat understand if it was a personal check, though still don’t believe it should take that long. Just want to make people aware so they don’t find out the hard way like I did.

If we could give this branch a zero we would. Shellene Schneider is one of the most unhelpful liers we have ever come accross. She put a hold on our check (from work) and cost us alot of grief. She lied, manipulated and down right treated my husband and i like we were less of a human then herself. Because she decided not to help and decided to make things worse she ended up costing us late fees on almost all our monthly bills. Her managers did nothing. We have ended up calling the executive offices of keybank and have been working with them with no results. Keybank commits fraud and withholds peoples money for over 9 days with no answers. We fully intend on making the news media aware of their companies fraudulent restrictions on our own personal funds. We are going to go as far as we can in making sure no one ever has to go through what we are going through ever again. SAVE TIME AND PULL YOUR MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY! Today we filled an official complaint with the FDIC.

This has been our "hometown bank" for 25 years and I can honestly say that they have been great to work with, even through several different incarnations of staff. When there has been a problem, they've fixed it, with a flexibility you might not expect from a national bank, and a readiness to help find solutions that are in the best interests of the customer.

Just needed to exchange some quarters. I had exactly only $8. The teller, didn't get her name, she asked if I had account with them.She didn't even ask how many quarters I had. Once she knew I didn't have account her attitude changed and told me that there's no way she could help me. REALLY? SHE NEEDS TO EITHER FIND A JOB THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR TREAT OTHERS LIKE SHE WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.THEY WEREN'T BUSY, IN FACT I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE. I SUGGEST THIS TELLER LIGHTEN UP A BIT AND AT THE VERY LEAST "PRETEND"TO LIKE HER JOB.

I bank at multiple locations for work and I have to say that this location is my favorite. The staff here is so friendly and personable! I look forward to making a trip in to this branch, knowing I will be warmly welcomed with a genuine smile. I come in with multiple deposits and they always seem happy to see me. Other locations sometimes give me the impression that bringing in multiple deposits or transactions at once or withdrawing cash for the business is a nuisance. Thank you for being a great team!
