I've always taken all my vehicles to Les Schwab, this one in West Linn particularly the last 4 years. They've always given me benchmark customer service and done stellar service work. Michael has always had my best interest and taken good care of my cars. The shop is always clean, in a good location and everyone is helpful and professional. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Recent brake work, solid!

We've gone to this location for 10 years and have always gotten good service. We most recently made an appointment online to get a new set of wheels, but the type I chose didn't update correctly in the online appointment. They needed to be brought in from another store and the West Linn store was able to do this the same day.
The wheels didn't come with the correct lug nuts, which they said would be replaced during the 50 mile torque check. I got a message when the correct parts were ready and didn't have to call myself to make sure the parts were ordered or received. Toby remembered us when we returned and started our service before we even got through the door. Great professional and friendly customer service both days.
We'll continue to use the West Linn store whenever possible and appreciate the service and hard work.

Absolute best service ever. Went in for a battery swap and potentially new tires. They absolutely went above and beyond. This is my first car so I had a million questions and they were willing to answer each one happily plus gave me extra knowledge about my AWD car. They created a lifelong customer yesterday. Big shout out to Cameron, he’s amazing!!

My family has been Les Schwab customers for over 25 years and this past May I nearly left them all together due to an unusual service issue in a Cali location. Thankfully it ended up working out, but it made me question if I should find a new place for tires. My husband and I have been living in Cali for the past 7 years after spending most of our life in Oregon. We made a quick trip this weekend and knew we needed 4 new tires. So I called our West Linn location Friday and got Cameron. He gave me all the quotes, he was thorough, and I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. Cameron was terrific and able to get our tires ordered to their store just in time and got them installed. I am very happy since we were only to be in town until Sunday morning and now driving back on the I-5. Thank you Cameron for your great service! I appreciate it so much, you helped reinstate my faith in Les Schwab again!

Tony, Kai, and Megan @ Les Schwab in West Linn, Oregon have restored my faith in humanity!
I am a 53 year old divorced woman from rural Texas. Living in rural Texas the last few years has been incredibly hard given the climate and that I am a liberal democrat, meaning kindness is not something that I often witness. Over the weekend I traveled to the Portland area to attend my nieces wedding at Mt. Hood. My sister and brother in law own a small vineyard in the Dundee Hills, so I have spent a lot of time in Oregon. I have always found Oregonians to be so friendly and approachable, but these three are something special! My sister assigned me the job of picking up the wedding cake and 16 dozen cupcakes in Newberg and driving them to the mountain, keeping them safe, cool, and in perfect condition. I had 4 hours of driving (down and back) in a 5 hour window (to meet the venue time limit). I did not feel the gravity of this task until the desserts were loaded in my rental car. I said a little prayer and hit the road. I had a time limit to make it to the venue so the desserts could be refrigerated overnight. Country people like myself love country roads but something told me to get on I-5 near the Knights bridge, and even though I didn’t want to I followed my gut. Lots of traffic of course, I then got on 205 and soon blew a tire in a car that had only 500 miles on it, in super heavy traffic. I made my way to the LES SCHWAB in WEST LINN on 8th ave., desperate and traumatized. I ran in and said “I have a wedding cake and dessert for 160 people that has to stay cool, a blown tire and 1 hour left to get to the mountain can you help me”. Tony the manager (I think), flew into action. He pulled Megan from another job and they immediately went to work, he left Kai at the front desk in charge of my emotional stability. Like a Nascar pit crew they had me outta there in no time, as emotionally stable as one could be AND for no charge. They were the most reassuring, kind people, even wishing me good luck as I peeled out. I hit the road in tears, grateful and still worried. (*Also, sorry you were forced to listen to my playlist while you fixed my car (as the ac had to stay on for the cake) and I’m certain my playlist was traumatizing))! Y'all the cake and cupcakes made it to the coolers and in perfect condition. Those three angels saved the wedding, soothed my weary soul and restored my faith in humanity and the kindness of strangers! Please show this local business your love, they are a wonderful example of all that is good in this world. Much love from this grateful Texan!

Mike and the team saved the day today. Came in for air and and they showed me that my two front tires were dangerously worn out. Had to get my kids to their moms and and they had to work done before my kids could celebrate the free popcorn. And this my friends is why I'm a lifelong Les Schwab customer.
