“I've used both the VenaCare Mobile and in-office phlebotomy services and every single time the phlebotomists have been knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. My disease is new to me and I've usually waited too long and I'm emotional and in a lot of pain by the time I go to VenaCare. I have small rolling veins which are hard to hit, so when after 3 attempts Linda finally hit it, I started crying from happiness and relief. She was so sweet and compassionate and gave me a big hug, which made me feel comforted and cared for!! Even though they were closed and the roads were still icy, Frank met me at his office. My blood was so thick that it took him over an hour to take out 250ml, but he hung in therre and got it done. Then again a couple of days later when I took out the remaining 250ml. There is no doubt in my mind that Frank literally saved my life!! It is very evident that he is passionate about helping people and that he genuinely cares!! I am a now loyal customer!”

“Had somebody make some wild claims about drugs. Went in and didn't have enough hair (old and bald). So we cut fingernails and toenails down. Their test was accurate and showed what was prescribed and nothing more. Quick, easy and accurate. I'll be back if I'm accused again. The bad people have to reimburse me for the test!”

“Visited this lab location to get blood draw ordered by my Dr. It was so efficient. I arrived about 15 minutes after they opened and no one else was in waiting area. I checked in on the tablet and was called back in a few minutes. It inky took few minutes and I was on my way. So quick and painless. Great experience and would recommend this lab location.”

“Had a great experience here. Make a reservation and have your lab order. Wait was maybe 30 mins due to my doc not having sent in my lab order so they had to manually add it while I was there. Others were arriving and moving right through the system as I waited, so have to imagine many more people would give high ratings if they took the time to do so. Blood draw by Carol was near painless and well worth the 30 min wait.”

“I'm giving LabCorp 5 stars because they have improved immensely since I last visited right after they took over running all of Providence's labs.I went on a Monday morning first thing. I arrived at 645 for their 7am opening and I was 3rd in line. I was on my way home by 730am. It appeared they had 7 or 8 phlebotomists working, compared to maybe 2 or 3 when I last visited 6 months ago (and waited more than an hour despite arriving before opening).When I left at 720 there was a long line - maybe 20 people - but it appeared to be moving at a consistent rate with someone else called every few minutes. The staff person I interacted with was friendly enough and very good - found my hard-to-find vein on the first poke.I do find it's best to arrive before opening to get in and out as fast as possible, but I am glad they are improving wait time. This lab still closes at 330 due to staffing issues, however.”

“We have been the Canby Health Care for years. We've always gotten amazing care when them. Recently my daughter was pretty sick and they were able to squeeze her and see her right away. The staff was kind and efficient. The NP that saw her was very kind and thorough. She took time asking questions and examining my her. She also sent over prescription to the pharmacy right away. We love this clinic.”

“Super small lab in the back of the Safeway to the right of the pharmacy. Very quiet and few staff, likely due to its size and quest. I arrived early to my appointment time and the check-in was straightforward and on the left when you walk in, so easy to find. They had audible directions playing for those who are visually impaired and had plenty of seating. The lab tech was very nice and all-in-all I had a quick and efficient appointment.”

“So many entitled fools posting reviews for this Labcorp. There is only one person working here and she is doing her best. It is not their fault that labcorp cannot/will not hire more personnel. There is a shortage of workers in all medical fields. Just understand that world doesn't revolve around you and all will be OK. Each time I have been in and out in under 20 minutes, I just time my arrival smartly.”

“UPDATE!!!! Since my last visit a couple months ago LabCorp has bought out Providence, I think? Anyway, I scheduled my appointment online for 830 this morning, I got out of my appointment blood draw went smooth six minutes later. I repeat six minutes later. There was no wait time, the staff was extremely professional and super super kind. I couldn’t have been happier. It would’ve been nice to to work a little bit longer. Lol but my experience was great. Upgrading to five stars.The wait time was outrageous. I believe it’s because Labcorp bought out the old company and they were switching software.The staff taking my blood did awesome!!!! Super kind and friendly. Wait time was the worst, 2+hrs”
