“I almost didn't stop in there due to a disappointing experience I had in the past but decided to stop, I only needed a charger cord and it was close to their closing time. I was greeted by Nick! Hi, what can I help you with tonight? Leary, I tell him a charging cord. Sure, what size? How long? He asks smiling. He had me at Hi. Best WOW factor I've experienced in CS in a long time. Let's just say we walked out the door at 10:00pm with a new phone, case and other accessories. And if your wondering, Nick never pressured me to buy anything. He just answered all the questions honestly and truefluly and Id decisions based on his advise.
He not only made it so I got an upgraded phone but saved me some $.

“I have been purchasing phones from CPR for several years now. I can honestly say that I would never go by a phone someplace else. AJ, the owner of this company he's always so very helpful. I don't know about the employees in his beaverton store that I can tell you in the Clackamas store they are top notch. I went in this past week to purchase a new phone, and the process of switching everything over takes some time, and I was working with a gentleman named Gray. He was so informative, so patient, just an all-around good human with a great sense of humor as Well :-) don't waste your time going anyplace else. Go to CPR for all things phone/iPad/Apple Watch. “Late at night the day before an international flight, my laptop’s charging/usb port suddenly stopped working. I needed a quick fix to get me through my trip, since the proper replacement part would take time to order and I wouldn’t be back in town until later this year.
The next morning, I called around and CompRite in Lake Oswego was the only place I came across that could handle the repair same day for my situation, and I even got quoted a competitive rate. I dropped it off around noon, and by 5 PM they had it working again ready for me to pickup. They probably would have been done even sooner, it’s just that the repair specialist who handles that type of repair wasn’t on site and so they had to coordinate with him before starting.
I believe Damon was the person I spoke with at the shop, and he made sure everything moved along quickly so I'd have my laptop back in time for my flight later that night. The repair was exactly what I needed to keep my laptop charging while I’m out of town. I’ll return for the full part replacement once I’m back, but for now, I’m super relieved and thankful they were able to help on such short notice. Highly recommend!”

Local, or online.For PC repair, if you need a trustworthy local IT who will ONLY fix what is broken, NEVER pad the bill, or add parts & services you don't need and NEVER refuse to help you, there's only one place to go, locally, imo.If you question every 5/5 review, GOOD! Shows you're paying attention. However, this one is genuine, unlike anything on Amazon (not sure I've ever had a 5/5 there). “Recently switched to Verizon and had an issue not getting calls on my new phone. For about a month, I made several calls and chats with Verizon Customer Support, but it always ended with getting disconnected. I decided to go in store and wish I'd done that sooner! Kirill was extremely helpful and patient in getting me to the tech support line and waited almost 2 hours with me until the issue was resolved. “I came on to give props to the store manager for his interaction with a customer I happened to see only to find that the very customer left an intentional bad review before me. One of which is fake. The manager actually repeatedly try to inform the customer from the start that he wanted to help but the young man that was being rude refused to calm down. And the manager repeatedly had to ask him to leave. I will be returning after the manager spent the time I needed and patiently gave an old guy like me the attention I need to understand my new iphone. Tim is awesome!”
