After just two months they raised my rent by 21%. Also I went to my ground floor drive-up unit after all the recent rains and everything was very damp! For over $750 per month I hope to find a dryer spot!

This place was awesome, so easy to get to, love that it has an elevator. Nice to have inside units and under cover to load and unload. Easy to reserve online and nice to have month to month.

I experienced a very horrible and unfortunate situation with this storage place, and I want to stress to all personal that will try and get a storage unit through this specific location. I had rented a Storage unit through the West Linn NW Self Storage location, and I had my storage unit on the 2nd deck; my storage unit was 2060. I had roughly over $20,000 worth of personal good in this unit. and I rented this unit for over 2 years, and I had very low traffic to this unit, due to the fact that I am an active-duty military member that was stationed in Japan for those 2 years. When my time in Japan was over, I had to change my duty station location, and I was relocated to the PNW. From that I was able to reunite my belongings with me. Every 6 month I would personally check my storage unit, to ensure that all my belongings were still in there. They were. The last time that I had checked my storage of my belongings was November of 2023. I had to grab my belongings from the unit to take it to my house, this was in May of 2024. to my surprise, I had noticed that the lock on my unit was changed to a new, and more indestructible lock. I thought that the building manager had changed my lock... without my permission/ acknowledgement... I was worried, so I noticed that the top of the unit is exposed, and it is very easy to look over the units, to see what's inside every unit. I had recorded a video of me reaching my arm over the unit to see if any of my belongings were missing. They were missing... further to my investigation, I noticed that my locking hinge to the unit's sliding door was physically manipulated. I determined that someone had broken into my unit and stollen over $16,000 of belongings. They stole, tools, cloths, musical equipment, sedimental values (letters, and pictures of me and my loved ones), and some of my priceless items (challenge coins. achievement letters, achievement medals). It was very disheartening to say the least... I had insurance for my unit, so I made a claim of stollen property, and also made a police report with West Linn police. The police tried to get the info, but to my surprise the west linn police failed to gather the info to gain any leads, let alone try and figure out what happened. The building manager claimed that she did not know how to gather/ look over security footage, she said that "it's just a lost cause..." The police took her word for it, and suspended the report because there was nothing, they could do... after waiting 6 long months, I get the police report and submit it to my insurance claim, and they only issued me a $2000 check, because that's the insurance coverage I paid for; not knowing that my unit was going to get broken into... When I was applying for the unit, I asked what insurance I should get, and they informed me that I don't need anything greater than their base insurance coverage because they claimed that they have the most secure facilities... In addition, with all of this information when I was looking over the police report. there were 9 other victims that has suffered the same burglary I had. along with that, when I was conversing with the building manager about my stollen belongings, I asked if they know anything about people stealing out of the units. she told me that it is very uncommon, but when I was talking to the officer making the report, he had informed me that there was some suspicious activity happening at this location specifically, and I wasn't the only person that had experienced this. To continue with my discussion with the building manager, she had told me she doesn't know how to use the security footage program. Then she goes on to tell me, and I'm not going to be able to catch who did it... Not very professional... Any way I highly highly highly cannot stress this enough DO NOT USE THIS STORRAGE FACILITY LOCATION. The staff is incompetent and can't even do the bare minimum for their customers, and ensure security of the customers belongings. If I was a "BUILDING MANAGER" It woul

I have had THE BEST customer service from Jerry at Northwest Self Storage. I made a mistake in my first booking of a storage unit and Jerry very confidently and professionally took care of things for me and cleaned up my mess. Now I have exactly the storage unit I want and need at a great rate. I’m so thankful for this top level of customer service.
