Team at Parr was super helpful answering my questions and were able to deliver my lumber package in 2 days. Pricing was better than others I called.

After looking at their lot on Google maps, I decided to be curious and call ahead of time to see if I could order and pay for some lumber before I got there so I didn’t block up their yard with a big truck and trailer. The response I got over the phone was rude and lacked complete customer service skills. I got a snappy “excuse me” and a “no”. Doesn’t look like my poor review is anything new, and I assume Parr simply doesn’t care, but the service here is rude and they have no desire to help or be kind.

Andrew Campbell gave outstanding customer service. I’m in process of remodeling my cabin basement up in the mountains and needed wood for trim and Tongue and groove for ceiling. Andrew helped me assess options, place my order and schedule delivery. All around I found him patient, helpful and easy to work with. He was super responsive and professional. And much to my surprise part prices were the best around— even beating Home Depot— and quality was great. Overall a huge win for me!!!!

I did a rather large fence job and had par lumber deliver lumber. When the product got there it was terrible quality. I had them come and pick up a couple days later. The problem was the second was even worse. I had it taken back got credit and went with one of their competitors. The quality was night and day. I took pictures of both orders and sent pictures to par lumber sales.Par lumber please don’t respond to this review and say you will correct or ? Just don’t get in this position. I spent a lot of wasted time on this.

This place looses my PO every time I call one in. I've bought Lumber here probably 100 times and they always have no idea who I am or what I need despite calling in orders only an hour before arriving.

This place is great. Purchased lumber here on a few occasions recently. Not only are prices much better than Lowe's or Home Depot, but the customer service is great. Sam, in particular, has been very friendly and helpful on the phone many times-- even offering to call his supplier to get accurate pricing information for me 3 or 4 different times, and he always calls me back the same day or the next day with the info. I called the lumber department at Home Depot once to inquire about something and the guy said he'd call his supplier and call me back. This was weeks ago and the guy never called back. That won't happen at Parr Lumber. Give Sam a raise! :)

Parr Lumber in Westlinn is the best. Everyone's so polite. Jay, Justin, Jeremy, Sam and Ricci are all great. Yard guys are very helpful and accommodating.

I shop at this ace regularly and I'm always impressed with their high levels of customer service and knowledge. It's way better than going to a box store and talking to people that don't normally know what they're doing.

12$ 2x4x8 meant my customer said no. I'd prefer to go with parr... but the bid went from 1200 to 700.. and I hate to say it but the plywood at hd was better.. AND cheaper.. only writing this as a heads up. You need to make those boards less.... somehow..

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. Asked them to get us pricing on 18 doors, its been two weeks and we still haven't heard back from them. Went to another location in Aloha and was able to get pricing in under 10 minutes. Ended up placing an order on the spot.

THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN. Purchased 50 pieces of #2 and better KDDF and out of the 50, 3 would be considered barely usable. This should have been discount lumber (splits, wane from end to end, large empty knots, bows , cups, etc.) Legitimately the worst quality lumber I've ever seen. When they came to drop it off, they had strapped two 20' pieces to a stack of 8' pieces and when they rolled it off the truck the 20' boards caught the flatbed and snapped. Drivers didn't care and said they would get replacements out when they could. I ordered (26) 6" lag screws and received (20) 7" lag screws. They also didn't deliver two boxes of nails I needed and didn't tell me they were back ordered until the driver handed me the invoice. They could have called me a week ago when I ordered and given me the opportunity to buy them myself rather than delaying my project. After returning the awful lumber they delivered, I went out to their yard to pick my own lumber. Spent 40 minutes picking through an entire stack and only found 3 "okay" pieces. Drove down the street to the OC Home Depot, rented a truck, found all 50 pieces of my lumber (good quality lumber) and got home within an hour and a half and saved a bunch of money because PARR charges more than any other lumber retailer in the area. Unfortunately this was not a one time thing. I have had issues every time I've ordered from them and keep giving them the opportunity because sometimes it's just easier to have things delivered. It's always a headache, quality is always bad, prices are always higher, and on top of everything they just don't seem to care. On top of all of this, I returned my items over a week ago and have not even been contacted about the status of my refund. When I called to find out why, nobody could even find my returns in the system and said that returns typically take 3-4 weeks. That's correct. Not 3-4 days, 3-4 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go with any other local supplier in the Portland metro area.

Went in there twice about a month apart, both experiences were bad. The employees and manager didn't seen to care. The single star is to put the rating.
