Edgar is amazing! He was super quick to call and schedule a time to come by after we submitted our maintenance request🙌 He figured out what the problem was and fixed our shower leak issue in no time. Super appreciate him!

EDIT: Once again I'm coming back to express how fantastic Edgar is. Last time he caught a problem that would have eventually been disastrous if he hadn't caught it and fixed it.
When it turned out the initial leak was mostly being caused by an issue with the seal on the overflow of the tub, he came back and once again fixed the problem in no time. He's incredibly kind and it's always a pleasure having him in our home!

I would like to come in Leigh At Performance properties for her service getting our new HVAC system in. We had to have several conversations to try to make it work with our work schedules and Company doing the work. She was persistent and really made it easy for me to express my wishes to have this done since the weather was so bad.
