We recently had a plumbing emergency at our house. We couldn’t shower, cook or go to the bathroom. It took them 30 hours to get a plumber and we found out it was because they told them we only had a clogged toilet. We spoke with their maintenance man and he said he definitely thought it was an emergency (we sent him pictures and videos) and he knew it was not just a clogged toilet. After he passed this on to Kim, she deemed it a non emergency and as stated above, told the plumber it was just a clogged toilet. Throughout this whole experience, we struggled to get in touch with our actual property manager, Kim. And when we did get her to answer the phone, she hung up on us. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever been through. Needless to say, we will never go through performance property again.

Renters and tenants beware! We have rented from this group for a little under 2 years. We are excellent tenants who pay early, who treat this home as if we own it, and I can assure you they don’t care about their renters nor their owners.
From the beginning, the lack of clear communication was an issue. From being given the wrong keys to start and most recently a terrible plumbing issue. We had raw sewage coming up through the shower. Our careless property manager, Kimberly was no help. We called the emergency line as it was after hours. She deemed it not an emergency. We had no resolution for over 30 hours. We could have had a plumber same day but they did not want to pay the premium. Although they still made us pay for the issue. Thats not even the worst part. We are fine to pay as it was a collection of feminine products, however how can you prove if they were ours. The worst is the Kimberly would not return phone calls or emails. She kind of like a snake in the garden.
Kimberly is incredibly unprofessional all the way around.
The owner, Nori was also called several times and sent one email that was never acknowledged.
These people don’t care about anything besides themselves.

This is the most unprofessional company I’ve rented from. They refuse to respond to maintenance requests and ignore email as well. Many issues upon move in. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment while renting. I’d specifically avoid renting from this company in the future.

Awful experience renting with this company would not recommend. Communication from the start was poor and only got worse when we found they rented us an inhabitable property (1904 NE Emerson St which I see is already back on the market). They did the bare minimum to rectify the situation, and it took a lot of time and energy on our end to get updates on the situation and eventually our money back. They terminated our lease and gave us less than a week to vacate the property leaving us with no place to go scrambling to find housing as we had already given our notice to our existing living situation. You're better off avoiding this company entirely. Performance Properties is a fitting name as working with them felt like a company putting on a bad performance of being a legit business.

This property management company has been terrible in my experience. If you are a tenant or a property owner-- beware! For the second time now, the city of Portland has had to get involved to force them to respond to a safety hazard. The chimneys on our unit have been in need of repair, the one side was losing multiple bricks. Now the chimney on our side lost a brick and it landed smack on my windshield. I guess I prefer that to my head. The fact that the property management company is unresponsive even to issues as serious as this is very concerning.

I rent from this property company and I was very blessed with their services. Kimberly and Jenn and Mia all of them were very helpful with the rent process and always here to answer questions or maintenance concerns when needed. I am renting from them for over 2 years and I didn’t face any problems. I recommend working with them and I already recommended my friends to rent from this company

"Liam" didn't even have the decency to give me a heads-up that they're canceling my tour & going with another applicant and had me waste my gas & time waiting in the cold for a tour that never happened. should have read the reviews beforehand. thankfully i didn't fork over any money yet.

honestly one of the most unprofessional property manager groups. my roommates and I waited for an hour on Liam to show. ten minutes after the tour was supposed to begin he finally texted, letting us know he canceled. immature and unprofessional. they ignored multiple calls and texts from us before canceling. do not waste your time with this horrendous company, and especially do not waste your money on them. if I could have left zero stars, I would have.
