Rep canceled an appointment of a scheduled showing of a house in West Linn. Traveled from Salem made it to Wilsonville. To be canceled. Appointment was for 11:15am
03/17/25 response to Company remark. I received text from the person showing asked if I was still wanting to see the house, that the apt had canceled to not verifying via text. told him that I just received a text canceling and have been en route, he then asked if i could arrive earlier, I stated no, was on my way and would then be late. Communication was good with rep up until the rep asking to show unit 15 minutes earlier. Great way to try to avoid any accountability from this property management company. I traveled from Salem to the i205 exit to be canceled on wanting to reschedule for another day. Seems that this property management Company is not to eager to sign leases for their property owners. I definitely will never utilize them for any of my properties.

My partner and I applied for a place together. We met all of the "rental criteria" listed on their website so we felt like we had a chance in getting a home through PropM. After paying them $130 for both of our apps, we were told we were denied for a possession charge in 2005. Their website stated that if it was over 7 years ago, that they wouldn't use it against us in the application process. This is a lie. I called the office and explained to them the only reason we applied was because we read the rental criteria and met all their standards. My partner has even got a bachelor's degree in embedded systems engineering since he's been in recovery and hasn't used in 11 years. We have never been evicted, have excellent references, and stable jobs making 4x the monthly rent. They said we could ask for an appeal, so we did. We never heard back. I called them at least 4 times and emailed them twice. Once they emailed me back stating everything I needed to turn in everything to be considered. I emailed them back to let them know I already turned everything in they were asking for and would like an explanation and a refund at this point. Why would I want to rent from someone who isn't honest and has awful communication. Every time I called to the office, every receptionist would give me a different answer on how to handle it. None of their advice held true as I haven't had any communication back from this company for an appeal or refund. Save yourself and don't rent from this scummy company.

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Samantha Wiltz re some rework on our property. She was wonderful! Easy to talk to, technically very proficient, knew exactly what she was talking about, honest, and patient! It was a pleasure .... with people like her on board ... PropM is a pleasure to work with! Thanks Samantha!

HAH! Having a 600 or more credit score is enough they told me. Only to be denied. Definitely should have looked at the reviews first before applying. They literally take your money to deny you. The only good thing was the rep who showed me the property, Molly was great. Outside of that, I would definitely follow the reviews. They appear to be accurate!

We just started renting from Prop M. Whoa, what a breath of fresh air the team is. From the moment we reached out to look at the property to picking up our keys, we had the best experience. Night and day different from our previous property mgmt group. Everyone in the office was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely excited about our new adventure. Highly recommend!!

I was interested in renting a home that was listed by this company, but will absolutely not work with them due to the poor communication and terrible customer service I experienced with their leasing team. Not helpful at all.

Dustin ( has fixed 3 other problems ) installed a new grab bar for me on the wall near tub. It did't take long and will be very helpful to me getting out of the tub. Dustin also took out 2 garbage bags for me. Our garbage can is located on the other side of our parking lot and it's painful to walk there.

PropM is superb. Their management and staff are very responsive, and they do a great job screening tenants. They provide huge peace of mind with reasonable fees. The owner portal is user-friendly. I am out of state and have two rentals in Oregon, and I strongly recommend PropM. Terrific.
