They are really amazing about being well stocked with produce and flowers! Moderate pricing but always lots of coupons and "digital deals" in the app that make it overall relatively affordable. Convenient Starbucks to grab a drink before/after shopping, however this location does not let you order ahead on the Starbucks app. The staff is pretty friendly, and the manager is efficient and kind. When I have any issues the employees are always empowered to solve problems and I love when management does that and let's the team find solutions as they see fit. Saves me time and frustration.

Insanely overpriced bread. Also charging $15 for a tiny bit of starter? Wow. Places like Tabor Bread will give you a giant glass of starter for free when you buy a loaf for a quarter of the price.

Prices here are insane! even the sale prices are higher then Fred Meyer's regular prices, higher than the market of choice, it's my closest grocery store but I won't be going there anymore, it's worth it to cross the river and go to Winco.

Safeway Pharmacy, This used to be the best pharmacy I had ever used in the last few years It has become a nightmare. The text message notification does not work anymore. So you stand in line for a 1/2 an hour to 45 min to find out it is not ready. So you have to return a hour or more later in hopes you can get your meds.They are always behind.

I asked a worker if I could grab something off the top shelf area because what I was looking for was not anywhere else in the store and she said yes I can get it from the top and when I was reaching to get the product (I'm short) another worker yelled at me and was extremely rude saying I should've asked someone to get it for me when she watched the whole time and never offered to help.

After 2 years a few cashiers at Safeway have yet to get the memo about masking. Open plastic face shields are not masks. Cmon Safeway, do better.

I don't know what has happened to Safeway, but it is a horrible store. The clerks are extremely rude. There is one older checker with short grayish hair that I will avoid completely. If they are so miserable they shouldn't be working in customer service. You don't even get a hello, thank you or have a nice day response. I mentioned this to a courtesy clerk named Owen and he rolled his eyes at me. It took everything in me not to b*!($ slap his face! Shelves are barely stocked. Their canned fruit section is pretty much nonexistent! Packed salads are always wilted looking. I don't buy meat there anymore. I bought a ham for Easter, cooked it and when we sliced it open it was full of dead worms! Their other meats don't look fresh or pleasing either. They are carrying less and less items. The selection of International Delight coffee creamer is ridiculous! Deli personnel act like your a pain for bothering them. I've had one specific kid purposely ignore me and walk away....twice! Just terrible service and all personnel are rude. Time to get a decent manager in there that can filter out the bad apples and get the store back to what it once was. I now avoid Safeway unless it's one item that I really need. Otherwise, I'll drive further distance for a much better shopping experience. Oh and I forgot....I finished unloading my groceries and a courtesy clerk was coming by me taking carts in. I told him, here's another one you can take. He responded rudely by saying to me "that's not the type of cart I'm taking in right now"! Unbelievable!

This Safeway has the worst staff Ive ever encountered in any grocery store. Seems like everyone is miserable to be here. I just recently moved here and was happy to see a Safeway close by. But once Ive started using this store regularly Ive been shocked at how bad the staff is. Literally everyone is rude and unhappy here. The checkers literally say NOTHING when you checkout. No hello, no thank you, no paper or plastic, literally nothing. There are a couple checkers that are so slow and rude Ill wait in a longer line just to avoid them. The employees walking around the store with huge carts that take up half the isle are no better. Employees will block isles and not move when you approach. Employees are all over the store scanning items constantly, I assume to price check items. No one will ever make an effort to smile or even be helpful/approachable. And if you dare ask someone where something is be prepared for an eye roll or an extreme case of Im pissed off don't both me. Whoever the manager is needs to get control of this staff. I know its difficult to find good help these days, but this store is a complete joke and an example of how to not run a business.

EXPIRED fresh foods in Produce. This is the second time in two weeks I have tried buying Field Roast brand and every single one was expired! This not acceptable! Today is July 2, 2021 and the product was expired 6/22/2021. I took all of them and placed them in a pile, let customer service know, by the time he went to look, the workers had put them all back. Please train people to check for expired products! This produce department has gone way down hill since Dawn left! Loved the old manager. No fruit flies!

I love shopping here! They respectfully accomodate me and allow me to still shop in their store even though I have a medical condition that inhibits me from wearing a face covering. As long as this accommodation is upheld I will gladly return for business. Thanks Safeway!

I don't have any problems with this Safeway as far as foods hopping but don't buy roses here. I got a dozen and only 2 opened up. The rest just wilted

No clean carts. Carts are outside, wipes are inside. Nobody monitoring carts There was a group of young women in the store with no masks. I pointed that out to the checker and she said she was sorry. Being sorry doesn't prevent spreading Covid. With better customer service training, she should have called the manager. I find this store very unsafe and unfriendly. They clean their checkout stations once every hour if that, so forty other people could have touched their credit card machine before you. The managers are not visible and they seem to be only men. Certainly not my favorite store:

Wow, so disappointed in Safeway. Do not do the grocery pick up! Ordered three things and it was an hour + past the time I signed up for. If there aren't enough people working to provide this service then either don't provide it or hire more people. The prices are extremely high as well...bummer that it's the closet option near me!

Not sure why all the other's negativity. We are lucky to have a clean store with friendly staff right in our neighborhood. I also like that I can walk there.

Sorry Safeway but you deserve an F for your self check registers that are NOT in compliance with COVID-19 standards. Please push them apart from the middle or get rid of one side. You should be reported for this. The rest of your store today was also a madhouse. Not acceptable!
