I'm happy with the prescription refills. But today I turned up for a vaccine appointment and waited 15 mins to be told they couldn't find my appt. She asked for the confirmation email which I didn't bring of course. Had to leave with no vaccine. Maybe instruct people to bring the confirmation email?

Safeway pharmacy in West Linn Oregon seems to always be short handed and also, very rarely, will pick up a phone call. The positive side is, they seem to be pleasant people. But service, I have to give it to 2 star!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not only are they completely unhelpful and do not answer their phones, the pharmacist is RUDE. She spews terribly rude comments at people, and should find another job where she doesn’t interact with the public at all.
