It is so unfortunate that zero or minus stars are not a selection, because this Safeway pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to!1. They do not honor their coupons.2. They have inaccurate prices.3. They lie about their prices.4. They do not follow-through on your requests to have a script transferred from competitors.5. They do not look up your account accurately.6. There are three other pharmacies within 1 mile. CVS, Riteaid, and Walgreens is right across the street.I will never use Safeway pharmacy on Boone Ferry ever again. If you want to be frustrated over and over.... Go there.

The experience I had today was just horrible!I came in to pick-up a prescription for my dog: a very old, simple antibiotic for a UTI prophylaxis. the medication was ordered 3 days ago, but they had a question and called the vet. Then they had a call from my vet yesterday, so I gave them a whole day to figure it out. Would you believe me that the medicine was not ready today? Worse than that: they didn't know the name of the medication, they didn't know the dose, they did not have a message on the voice mail and the "temp pharmacist from an outside agency, who was working on my prescription yesterday", was not available today. They couldn't call him, they didn't know their name, but they offered a solution:They asked me to call my vet, then they asked me to go back to my vet's office tomorrow, bring them a hard copy of the medications, then they may fill it in tomorrow or some other day in a future. When I said I would like to have this medicine today, because we have just finished an antibiotic and would like to start the new one without interruption in therapy they just ignored me and asked to step aside and wait.I am also a healthcare worker. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I work in a major trauma center here in Oregon. If I would provide a care like this pharmacy does, half of my patients wouldn't survive.

The other reviews are correct. They don’t care at all. Waited in line. Then was gruffly told where the line actually started. No signs for where to wait that a first timer would see. I was not well. Could barely stand. No where to sit. Miserable staff member at the counter. Never again.

You cannot get them to answer the phone for at least an hour after they open. The problem is sometimes people need their medications early in the morning and they do not feel until you call them however they do not answer so if you need it right away you might need to go to a different Pharmacy

Terrible customer service. Delay filling prescriptions for topical medication by sending several messages to the doctors offices for every single prescription. Lie about communications with the doctor's office when they are slow or inaccurate.

I've been pretty happy with Safeway Pharmacy West Linn. Only issue is they don't always answer the phone. They are way better than Rite Aid and Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy in existence. The staff is friendly, but that's the only redeeming quality that this place has. The line here is at minimum 30 minutes but usually closer to an hour, and you can call their phone line all day long without getting an answer. Avoid at all costs!

Actually I would give him a -3 Service is the Worst! I needed a very needed prescription and they are rude and hung up... No Management and just floaters for pharmacist and no empathy at all..Used to be Great, But that's gone. To bad.

I used to get text messages to tell me my prescription was ready but that stopped years ago. And good luck getting them to answer the phone to call to see if your prescription is ready! This place fell apart about 2 years ago! I'm getting tired of being treated like I don't matter.

No one ever answers the phone. I just switched to this pharmacy hoping for something better than walmart. Looks like I will be changing again. We shouldn't have to come to the pharmacy just to ask a question.

I wish zero stars was an option and I wish I was exaggerating, but this place does most things wrong. Prescriptions are never on time. They tell me they have faxed the doctor for refills and when I call the doctor to follow up (since it's been 3-4 days and I've heard nothing), they haven't even received any fax from the pharmacy at all. This happens 9/10 times, no joke. Are they lying to me? I don't know, but I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere.

I got a call from the pharmacy that my prescription was ready. So I went down there in the afternoon yesterday and was waiting while two other people were waiting. There were two employees behind the counter. The first customer left and one of the employees went to work on the computer. The other employee was assisting the other customer who must've had seven medication requests. I was standing and waiting for about 15 minutes without being helped by the other employee. So I said excuse me i'm just here for a pick up. The employee helping the other guy immediately pounced on me that I'm just gonna have to wait because they're busy. I said I just thought it would just take 30 seconds to give me my prescription. And couldn't the other guy assist me? He said the other guy is a doctor and he's doing important work. So I waited and when the other customer left they both became sarcastic and after giving me my meds one of them said "See? That took longer than 30 seconds." . I can see why this pharmacy consistently gets negative reviews. I have never had a problem with the women who work behind the pharmacy. I'm wondering if these guys talked to me like that because I'm a woman? This has been my first complaint about the store and I've been going there for six years now. They have no respect for customer service. Certainly the other guy who was on the computer could have walked around and given me my medication. The women who work there do that all the time. At the least, they should've apologized for the wait and said will be right there to help you. But to give an attitude harshly right at the start? I wasn't even being rude. I was being polite about it. And when they were finished giving me my medication they joked about the fact that they will probably get a negative review from me and joked to the other customer as he walked away "make sure you give us a review of 10."

We've repeatedly had issues with the timing of receiving prescriptions. Messages indicating a prescription is ready are not always accurate. It's incredibly frustrating.

Yet another incompetent Safeway pharmacy. I tried for 3 days to transfer a prescription from this pharmacy to a different one since I've moved and West Linn is a long drive for me now. Every time I call they act like they have never filled a prescription for me before and deny receiving any requests for a transfer.
