I had a great experience at Sophia's Nails! I have been a client for a couple months now and Helena is amazing -- not only is she super fast, but her nail designs are seriously impressive. She has a great eye for detail and can pull off just about any look you ask for. I was in and out quicker than expected, but the quality didn't suffer at all. Prices are also extremely reasonable! The salon itself is very clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for stylish nails done efficiently, come here. Highly recommend!

I refuse to go anywhere else! Helena is absolutely incredible. She’s always willing to try any design I bring to her, she goes over and beyond to make sure the shape and design are perfect, the prices are shockingly cheap for top notch quality, and her work space is always spotless. They also have the sweetest daughter 🩷 I cannot say enough good things about this salon and the staff. They make you feel like family.

Very local to me, I really like Sophias. Always courteous, attentive, efficient. Pedicures are especially lovely. Yes, there are 2 adorable kids generally there, but I appreciate the family aspect of this small business. If you are looking for a very quiet, zen spa experience, you might not get that based on other reviews here. But if you want a friendly face, a lovely pedicure or manicure, good service, and convenience, this is the place for you.

I got a full set with my friend who recommended this place and I love it here. Good family owned business, polite, efficient. My friend and I loved both of our set. And there was an adorable baby that was no bother at all and very sweet.

I’ve been getting mani/pedi treatments in LO/WL area for years and can say, hands down Sophia’s is the best. Manicures are meticulous and pedicures are relaxing.
I’m a bit confused by a couple of the recent posts, as this salon is by far one of the cleanest and most professional in the area. Maybe most importantly, the owners are incredibly kind and compassionate about their work. Yes, this is a family business. And that’s what makes it special.

Let me preface that this is a review on that state of business, and not about race. This nail spa was filthy, disorganized, and you had two people conducting services while one small child under 3 yr was running around in an environment filled with hazardous chemicals and sharp instruments. I’ve been coming here for years and this will be my last. And to top it all my pedi was terrible, and rushed. Shocked, sad and disappointed.

I used to love going here but it is not relaxing when a 2 year old is having a screaming tantrum and no one does anything. They are great technicians but they have to figure this out. It is not a daycare.

Been going here for years but, today, will be my last visit. The owners are a sweet, young couple however having their 2 year old daughter crawling around where you get pedicures, throwing her plastic mega blocks where people walk to and from and a portion of the salon converted into a playroom doesn't make for a relaxing spot to have your nails done anymore. What blew me away when the little girl climbed on mommy's back holding onto her from behind while mom is cutting a woman's toenails. Firstly, dangerous for the little girl to fall and uncomfortable for the lady getting her toe nails clipped while this is going on. Dad was laughing and thought it was cute. I was truly appalled. Not a place I shall visit again. It was like romper room in there plus floor/salon dirty with cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. As far as my service today, I was kept waiting before I was finally seated. After being seated, my feet were kept in cold water for awhile before any pedicure had started. It wasn't busy to excuse this.

I love Sophias nails! It's never too crowded, good service, friendly staff, and they're great at Mani/ pedis! I always return when I'm in town. I have been going there since 2015!
