I was charged $2.99 to put a piece of tape on the box, I was told if the tape used was over 12 inches they charged 2.99.

We had a huge heavy awkward box with a kings size bed in it. The employees lent us a hand cart and were kind and helpful through the whole process of bringing it in the store and were very gracious. We appreciated their professional assistance.

Great store! Employees are always super helpful and friendly, and I've never had any issues with my stuff there, even when I see that they're absolutely swamped with Amazon Returns. Zen was super helpful especially with the thing that I brought in.

The West Linn ups store sold me insurance on my $300 gift card shipment. The shipment was lost and after three weeks, many phone calls, and poor customer service, I was notified that my gift cards are not insurable. The store employee knew it was gift cards as noted on my receipt. This insurance sale is a deceptive practice. I am going to take it up the chain of command at UPS

Needed a notary. Called and was told notaries are there all business hours. When I show up she’s on lunch. Had to go to Clackamas ups. Won’t be going back to this store.

Zero stars if I could!! I went to this store to return an Amazon purchase. I neglected to tape the box top. The manager tried to charge me $2.99 to tape the box, "because it was over 12" wide....", or buy a role of tape! Up to 12" is free... The box was 18" wide... They couldn't spare 6" of freaking tape? Nope! Forced me to go home, tape it, and bring it back. IMO TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will never patronize this place ever again just on principle alone. IMO Neither should you!

During the busy holiday season, I needed to send a very fragile ceramic Disney Christmas decoration to my brothers in Southern California. Let me tell you that the employees at the West Linn UPS Store carefully wrapped each fragile part of the item with extreme care. Although I had to pay for special care packaging, it was well worth it, just knowing that it would arrive unbroken. My brothers were very happy in receiving the item, and we all joked about how it took them 30 minutes just to unwrap it! Thanks to ALL of the UPS employees who took the time to make sure my brother's Christmas present was received in one piece!!!

I went in to ship something I sold online. I needed them to pack it. They wouldn’t give the dimensions so I could get the label from the website that gives me a 20% discount on the shipping costs. The reason I was given was because the owner wants to maximise profits. I decided to ship it elsewhere even with buyer paying all the shipping costs. I will NEVER go inside this ups store again.
