We showed up at 9:58, Patrick didn’t call us up until 10:03 and since we didn’t have our paperwork, we asked if we could fill it out while he took pictures of our 18 month old. We had the paperwork completed before he was finished taking photos and he refused to help us because he said it would be unfair to his next customer. He said he would have “had someone take the photo”…when there was nobody else around to help according to someone else I spoke to at the office. Of course it’s going to take more time to photograph a baby…they should have budgeted time for that!
We waited around to see if there was any no shows. His next customer, he saw at 10:15, proceeded to input him into the system and then we saw him take his photo. He was done at 10:35, 5 minutes into his next appointment who was patiently waiting. How can he make his next customer wait but couldn’t take 5 minutes to finish helping us?
We asked to speak to his supervisor, Chad, who basically said there’s nothing he can do and walked away…no customer service whatsoever and he was not very friendly. I then waited 10 minutes to see the Post Master Mark, who I asked Chad to see and then had to ask again because he made us wait 10+ minutes. He reeked of cigarettes and was very unpleasant to say the least.
I explained how Patrick called us up after our time, went over the allowed time of 15 minutes for the next customer but he didn’t seem to care and was very rude to me and my family.
I understand we didn’t finish the paperwork before our appointment but we were done with it with time to spare and they could have handled things differently.
PS - The woman working the window was very nice, got our kids some crayons and coloring books and was very pleasant to speak to (thank you).
DO NOT GO HERE if you’re trying to get a passport. There’s another place off Red Soils Ct who got us in right away and we’re very pleasant to work with (Clackamas County).
I expect more out of the post office and sad that they were all incapable of helping our family.

Went for a passport appointment with my 1yr old and was treated so terribly. Awful customer service here.

I went up at 4:30 on a Thursday and they were closed. Had to use the postage machine (PITA but at least it's open). The counter people are usually friendly and efficient. They should update their hours under the new regime.

Can’t give no stars or I would. I had a package shipped from there on 2/20 and and it said Acceptance Pending until 3/3 finally received package on 3/12. I hope trump makes usps private maybe we’ll get our packages in a timely manner. Terrible place to shop from

Horrible service! Illegally withholding mail, doesn’t allow customers to talk (they talk over you!) and have ZERO customer service skills! If you hate your job so much then find a new one!

If you want someone to believe that you tried to deliver a package, maybe you shouldn't sit outside my window and take your break, scan the packages, and then leave. Yes, I watched you not do your job. Thank you for that.

This store gets one star because I went there and after waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes with priority boxes, the check out lady told me that I would have to buy tape if I wanted to ship my boxes. They did not have tape for my PRIORITY BOXES. Which at every other USPS store I’ve gone to they have specific tape for priority boxes. I ended up having to drive to another USPS store to get my package shipped.

they're only getting 2 stars because the front counter staff is kind and helpful. if they weren't kind it would be 1 star. everyone else is rude or lazy. the lady that works the side counter/pickup door always has an attitude and when she starts getting rude she can't even look people in the face. I've had regular mail and packages go missing the past month and out of that, only 2 packages have been found. they said my address is a training route and they don't know where things are going. great. so I put my mail on hold/pickup until things get figured out. after the third time of me picking up the lady tells me that the post master said holds are only if you're going out of town. cool, I'll be out of town for nearly 2 weeks which is when my hold ends. why would I put in 2 separate holds just for the 4 days I'll be in town? Not only that, I'm holding my mail because THEY CAN'T DELIVER IT PROPERLY. someone somewhere is messing up. the communication between staff is lacking and every time I speak with someone it's a different answer and procedure. I am filing another formal complaint against everyone involved. do not put this on the customer when it's the mail carrier and management messing up.

I have the mail lady in the state of Oregon and beyond I'm sure! She always goes above and beyond, I never get anybody else's mail only my own, she's very personable and I hope she never leaves the post office!!!! Thank you so much Mo for all your hard work!
