Please update PS Form 3849 so it doesn't state that you're open on Saturdays from 830/1200.

Just called twice. Disconnected both times before could speak to a human. Prompt clearly states they are open at this time. Jan 4th. No holiday. This is why we don't like gov entities

I was there 45 min before closing and typically it takes just a few minutes to get a signature and some stamps on my paperwork. The guy up front had not seen the type of stuff I bring in before so he called a manager over. The manager went back and forth if they were going to accept my certificate of mailing or not. He changed what they needed different several times even though I've been doing this for 6 years with no problem. Ended up contradicting himself and just staring at the paper so long that I could not possibly make it to the next post office before they closed.

Unreliable. Had a passport appointment set up and didn’t let me know until I arrived that it was cancelled because the employee called out. Did not offer any help with rescheduling and all appointments are booked out for months.

I was in the neighborhood, getting KT Tape at Walgreens to send to my sister, so I found this Post Office close by.Whoa, what a beautiful building!Good parking on a Friday afternoon.I went inside, and the lobby is huge! There was only one customer ahead of me, who was chatting with the clerk. The were both in a good mood. When it was my turn, I remarked how nice this Post Office is.The clerk said not to come during the holidays, because this place will be packed.

I'd give them a zero if I could. They never put through our change of address notice. They were just collecting our mail until we went in and asked about it. Our new passports were in that mail. Super lame. This was the Oregon City PO

I wish I could give this post office zero stars. Like the other yelpers this post office is always crowded, disorganized and the postmaster is completely rude and shouldn't be working with the public, instead he should be a in a cubicle away from the general public. These past 4 months I have been in a living hell trying to get my Aunts mail. My aunt is disabled and her partner of 45 years passed away very recently and unexpectedly. As the result we have taken on the responsibility of being caregivers. As the result, she has been living with us. We explained the situation and we were assured that they would hold her mail until she moves into her new apartment. Her mail is important to her because she is on disability and needs her mail. Believe me, I do not enjoy going to the post office. Everyday I go in there I dread it. So last Saturday we go in, per usual to get her mail. On that particular day I had the pleasure of meeting the postmaster. We're ringing the doorbell at the blue door waiting. After a good 5 minutes he asks if I've been helped. I said I hadn't, my aunt hands him her ID so we can get out of there. I want to roadrunner it out of there, ok? He gets her ID then starts asking us all these questions regarding her living situation. He's a stranger and he's asking personal questions. All I said is that we are waiting for new apartment to be ready. He hands us the mail then says she will no longer be getting her mail held. I said that I thought we had already talked about this and came an agreement. He then puffs up his chest and says he's the postmaster. Ok? Then isn't your job supposed to make sure people get their mail? He then says that I need a change of address for my aunt. Which I did a temporary one. So by the time she gets her mail at the temporary address she's at, she'll be in her permanent address and we'll have to do it all over again. So in the mean time we'll have to chase down her mail. Thanks postmaster you get a big thumbs up for being so helpful and understanding of our situation. Sarcasm tone on that one.

I never received a package from the postal personnel who delivered it to West Linn Oregon on 11-Sep 2021, along Hoodview Ave and Salamo Road. The female postal worker may have stolen my package. She noted that the package was delivered around 13:34 on 11-Sep, but when I checked the mailbox for a key or for the package there was nothing. I suspect that further issues of theft will be prevalent because the post office is understaffed and they cannot control the criminal and negligent behavior executed by their employees. I have a camera which captures everything. T

Recently due to a death in the family we had to have our mail put on hold,as we were experiencing mail theft. It was only until we could get a locked mailbox. The gentleman at the post office who retrieved my mail for me was unbelievably rude.I wish there was a way to report him. This was not a frivolous request, and at a very heartbreaking time in our lives to be treated as such was disgusting, disturbing and uncalled for. If you cannot at least be polite and civil,go somewhere else.It left such an unpleasant taste in my mouth I wanted to vomit.I highly recommend using other delivery services,if possible.

When we moved in it was demanded we install a parcel locker at the end of our driveway or they would not attempt any deliveries, we would have to pick them up from the OC office. Now that we have a large and conveniently placed parcel locker we get to watch them mark deliveries as "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location" without ever exiting their vehicle and go pick them up from the OC office anyways! Very awesome, 10 out of 10, much wow! I never would have guessed exiting your vehicle and walking a maximum of 5-10 steps to lift a lid and drop a box inside was such an overwhelming demand on the body and soul. I do fully understand how the clear, unobstructed, and graveled journey from the emotional safe space of your vehicle to the locker you can literally park within 6 inches of is far too much to bear. My heart goes out to the delivery personnel who carry this great burden valiantly. Stay strong... stay strong as you pull that delivery attempted pad off your dashboard, lift that cumbersome pen and leave behind the signature of "I can't be bothered to even pretend to care". I do look forward to making another journey to the OC office and be told they can't find the package so I may return home and wait for the final notice to appear so I know I can actually retrieve it from the office this time. There are only a few things in life I know I can depend on... the sky is blue, the earth is obviously flat, and USPS won't deliver my packages. We've complained to supervisors/managers multiple times and they always claim they're helpless in these scenarios and not able to do anything. Our neighbor recently found one of our packages in the ditch, picked it up and put in the locker for us.

Very expensive, spent 15.00 to intercept a 1 day express that was 51.00 and 1 day late and still wanted 10.00 more at pickup?

Tonya helped me with my (complicated) passeport application. She was polite and efficient and very reassuring. The wait was a little long but it’s a busy place that could benefit from a few more workers and the people working did their best and were all very professional.
