I need Elizabeth and I came in this afternoon and Alejandro has been very helpful for me I have to say that I am a senior and therefore some things in technology I find puzzling and I was unable to sync my newer phone that I got right here at Verizon with an older tablet that I got at Costco and Alejandro was a genius he fixed the two he thinks the two phones not only that but he also we talked about quoted me how much it would cost me if I'm going to get the the mobile data if I'm going to get the mobile data because I right now my tablet is not a synced with my phone to get the mobile data so I need that for secure service when I'm traveling but Alejandra was very patient and I really appreciate that because it's harder for someone who is born when I was to always get all this straight so thank you you're wonderful you get all the stars I could give you

Horrible service. My wife has tried to get a new phone with this store for 2 months and they still haven’t gotten it figured out. We have been to the store 7 times over the course of 2 months and just more problems caused by them. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Absolutely terrible experience. Go to any other store, just not this one.

It was just Noah and me. Incredibly knowledgeable, personable and easy to converse with. He explained everything well, giving me advanced information for anything he thought would be surprising. I am just shy of 20 years with Verizon. Best session I have ever had at any store.

I went into the West Linn Verizon store to trade in and upgrade two phones and transfer another line to one of the hand me down phones. It was as confusing as it sounds. Noah was patient and kind and he not only worked on my complex task but also helped others in the store. He even helped an older customer who couldn't remember her email log in :). Noah was the only employee for most of our transaction and I hope they're able to hire more employees to help with the demand. Everyone who came in had similar needs (transferring lines, adding lines, etc) and there were times the wait was fairly long because the tasks were complex, but Noah gave each customer his full attention and made everyone feel their needs were being met. He went above and beyond and remained cheerful throughout the entire time I was there.

UPDATE since my original review: The day this review was posted, I got a message back with an email for a regional customer service person. I immediately contacted him. He was fantastic and resolved everything. It took time to get it through all the systems, but we got the money we were owed back. So I am grateful for the help. I've updated my rating to 3 stars as this should have never happened and shouldn't have taken a 1 start rating/review to actually get anyone to help me. I have heard since that the store manager is no longer there so that's also a plus. I am grateful to their regional service manager for resolving our issue.
