(3.5 stars!) Great for slightly dirty cars, bad for very dirty cars! If you're car is just dusty this place is great! This car wash only uses water jets, not any scrubbing or brushing apparatuses, and therefore has trouble getting anything a bit sticky off. Great pricing and some friendly staff. Also they give you a towel to clean your dash and door Interiors which is nice.

Never knew that a contactless wash was a real thing, but I love it.

Such a great car wash. Car looks wonderful when finished. Love the way my steering wheel feels after I use the dashboard towel on it.

We paid for the highest package and got very, very poor service. I had to wipe down my own car because they barely grazed over my car with the rag. We had to additionally pay for vacuum that had almost no suction. Don’t waste your money here☹️

The ONLY place I take my BMW to get washed. It's a brushless car wash, which is the only way to go. Someone pre washes it before your car goes in and right before that they hand you a damp (w/mild detergent) rag so you can clean the interior while going thru. Then, you end with someone hand drying the entire vehicle. Tip them and off you go. I'm on a monthly auto payment plan for 30, which is well worth it if you go a few times. If you get the tio tier wash every time than it will pay itself off after two visits. Go here!

Nice people, poor wash. Parts of our car had a thin layer of dirt after the wash.

car wash track scratched my wheels. The drying rags they use are not safe for car paint. Back to hand washing :/

I am giving it 4 stars for being the only "touch-less" washes in the area. The only thing is, the water jets only remove about 50% of the debris on the vehicle. When you get towel dried at the end is where you get fully cleaned. So if they can't reach the top of your car, guess how clean it will be? Depending on the rush you might get some missed spots on the side.Another note, I wish they would be more clear about the line for the place. Regulars know you go to the far right next to the car wash to wait so that people who are driving through have a path out or to go to the oil service place. But there is no clear direction on that. The lights were probably used for the oil place at one point but things just aren’t as busy there anymore. It is frustrating when there is a line and you might have been there for 15 minutes and nobody is behind you but you are leaving that hole for people to drive through and some newbie pulls up and fills the hole. Then you have to beep the horn and let them know you have been in line. Just make a sign and give us a definitive direction! One day someone will have had a bad day and this mistake will cause someone to freak out!

Great touchless wash. The microfiber wipe down at the end is an added bonus.

I went to get my car washed here, as I’ve done many times since they opened, and they missed a couple of large spots - the largest of which is in the picture. No problem, everybody makes mistakes. I took it back in to have them redo it. The problem is that when I told the cashier which spots they’d missed before, they didn’t bother to acknowledge any of it and waved me through for a second time. The other pictures I’ve included are the spot they missed, again, and the amount of dirt I was able to remove with a simple wet rag.If I wanted a patchwork wash job, I’d pay half the price for an equal job anywhere on 82nd. I certainly won’t be back to this one.

My expectations for a drive-through car wash are not too high. It's a convenient way to knock the dust off and apply some wax, not an auto detailing opportunity. That said, today's run through the Willamette Car Wash was disappointing relative to similar car washes that I've used. I bought the top option for $13. The folks were friendly, the line of vehicles moved through quickly, and I appreciated the towel drying effort at the end.Unfortunately, when I got home 10 minutes later and looked at the truck, both sides were still dirty and heavily streaked. The attached picture of the lower portion of the driver's door is representative of the whole truck. Perhaps the sun brought out a high volume of customers and the team couldn't spend enough time with their wands and rags before sending the truck through or the towels got dirty because of too many vehicles. The lesson for me is to pull forward and walk around the rig once before driving away. If I had noticed this while still at the carwash I would have asked to run through a second time. This location is worth a shot, just check the work.
