Willamette Park is a beautiful gem with great river access for boating, kayaking, and SUP. It features a playground, splash pad, ball fields, and a sand volleyball net. The park offers picnic areas, clean restrooms, and lots of grass space. It is very dog-friendly. While parking for cars with kayaks can be limited outside the summer season, it remains a fantastic place for paddling the Willamette narrows and enjoying the scenic fields and flowers.
Best river front park in West Linn. Has something for everyone. Including boat ramp, easy accessible for water recreation including swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing.

Nice park, not enough parking, bathrooms are about as nasty as they can be. Yikes.. clean that ishh up.
