They have 1 guesthouse and 1 Bungalow for rent, and all the rest are RV sites.
Large sites will work with multiple slide outs.
Back in and pull thru riverfront sites and back in sites without riverfront, a large pavilion and group firepit. In the summer, they sell soft serve ice cream and snacks.
There are trains that go by in the distance, but not too often or annoying.
The river view is beautiful, and the sound is peaceful.
Nearby activities: Disc Golf, hiking, fishing, shopping

This is a wonderful RV park. High-quality location along the Willamette River Middle Fork. No tent camping allowed which is great. Andre and Toni are great hosts and everything is perfectly maintained. It's my happy place and launchpad for bicycle adventures
Walkability: Nice loop along the river

Gorgeous park! River ran right by it, so we had a beautiful view. Level Lot, gorgeous surroundings. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again! Wish we had more than the one night, but we will be back!
Safety: Very quiet with several full-timers or long term stays.
Walkability: Nice and level with lots of beautiful trees and plants and the sound of the river nearby. Very scenic.

If you read bad reviews on the park then it is most likely from some Karen's or Kevin's who should probably be staying at a county park with all the others like them. Casey's is probably one of the most beautiful RV parks in the Northwest. Plenty of sites but be sure to book weeks or months in advance(depending on time of year your want) because this place is always booked up due to it's popularity. The sites themselves are fairly level and offer plenty of room in between each one. Great shower facility with an added laundry room and in ground pool as well to relax in on the hot summer days. My only advice really is to read the rules carefully and please if you cannot make it then call and cancel to open up the spot to others. Too many times have we seen spots sit open all weekend because people did not have the respect of others to call in. Oh one more thing. Pay attention to the weather condition as well. Snow, smoke rain or whatever please plan accordingly. We all know what happens in Oregon at that given time of year.

Noteworthy details: This is one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at. Beautiful location on the river, and well maintained landscaping. Loved the soft serve ice cream they serve in the evenings.

I would not book this place, there any plants of other parks around that offer a better service and will not communicate in the way the staff here communicate.
Even during heavy smoke and fires they were not willing to offer any solutions to our situation.

Casey’s continues to be our #1 favorite RV Park.
The park is clean, beautifully maintained, and offers activities for young and old.
The views are spectacular.
There is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of rushing water. Love it here!

April 2024 trip .......Casey's was a pleasant surprise for us.. we booked sight unseen, except the web site, and we're not disappointed. We immediately booked another trip for September as well as our friends. Cannot wait to go back!! Hubby had a great time fly fishing.
