“I think it’s very unfair for anyone to write such aggressive vitriolic comments about the staff. I see Caitlin Simons & she is extremely thorough & detailed & knowledgeable. In fact she is the only medical practitioner in the last 15 years that has addressed my thyroid health correctly. The front line staff are always pleasant & kind even though I’m sure they have to address passive aggressive folk.
