Stopped on a drive down to seaside and got grilled ham and cheese and grilled cheese, was a amazing simple and cheap lunch so on the drive home I stopped and got the breakfast sandwich, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast burritos, and the burritos were amazing did not expect pulled pork to work so well but that with the real eggs and potato’s was just a 10/10 and the biscuits and gravy was a 8/10 needed a little salt and pepper but if you like from scratch biscuits then a 10 easy, and the breakfast bagel sandwich was simple yet still done with all real eggs and real cheese definitely a permanent stop on the coast from now on ?

A nice place for locals and visitors alike. Tables are close, so can be a little loud at times, but in a friendly way. Food is good, but not like Wanda's in the next city north. Still, it's good to have choices and The Roost means to please.Parking: A couple of blocks off US 101.

Wonderful, warm, welcoming atmosphere. Coffees are great, and the sandwiches are enough for two to share.

We stopped in for a ‘quick’ bite and made the mistake of ordering from the hot menu. It wasn’t quick and though the food was okay, it seemed like it should’ve been more complicated for the time that it took. The lack of table service and ordering at the counter gives the impression that the food will be served up quickly but you should set your expectations for a wait - similar to a normal sit-down restaurant. My husband had the pulled pork burrito and he said it was pretty good - he would eat it again. I had the Greek scramble which was simplistic but the eggs were fluffy and perfectly cooked.

When we moved to the coast we were grateful to discover this gem, they were in the old location then. The breakfast sandwich and pastries quickly became a symbol of how much gratitude we feel to live in this community. I know that’s a lot to say about a breakfast sandwich and pastries. But once you experience them you’ll see what I mean.

When in Wheeler oregon this is the place for great coffee and a homemade breakfast. 500 feet off 101, across street from Post Office. Plenty of parking ?

Ambience was nice but the breakfast burrito was kinda dry and didn’t have any pulled pork in it :(

Had tasteless quiche that came with a couple slices of cucumber and a couple small tomatoes. The quiche was pretty bland and it was supposed to be served with fruit. My husband had a half sandwich that looked very good, but the bread was dry. The sandwich came with a cup of really bad soup that my husband couldn't finish. The kicker? We wanted iced water, but....They Didn't Have Ice! I saw a lady leave with something that looked a lot like iced tea. Bottom line? Not again.

So happy to find a place that doesn't wrap its pastries in plastic!!!! Lovely flakey pastry. I didn't know American had it in them.

Cute coffee shop and cafe. Stopped in after trying to find lunch in the area but most places were closed (and I’m so glad they were).Yummy food! Great service and a nice relaxed atmosphere. My daughter said it was her favorite place she’s eaten in our trip.We will be back!
