“I ended up with some questionable steak from the freezer case, but when I called to let him know we didn't feel good about eating it, Travis was extremely apologetic and even offered to DELIVER replacements to me (I live in Jacksonville and had made a trip out to Sams Valley, since grass-fed/finished isn't easy to find in the valley). He followed up with a second call when he didn't hear back from me for a few days and wanted to do whatever he could to make sure I was happy. We ended up settling on a refund, and he sent me out the door with a free package of jerky. The jerky is fantastic. I'll be back to try again for more steaks next time I'm out that way. Thanks for being kind and generous and turning what could have been a disappointing situation into a really nice interaction :)”
