“Blood draw. I absolutely HATE needles and the pain of the poke! Got called to the back after a very quick checkin at front desk. Lobby was half full. The lady called me to follow her to the back and offered up a chair. I said how much I hate needles and she alcohol swabbed my right inner elbow, complemented my veins. I had turned away from her and she set out the vials with labels asked me to repeat my info and why I was there… asked about how my day was going and if I had any fun things to do later… then squeezed my shoulder as she undid the wrap on my arm!? WHAT? You are done ????? I did not feel one single poke or anything and 3 vials were filled and done!!! I can’t believe it still !! All my life I have hated blood draws, she was an absolute perfect experience for me.THANK YOU”
